Sleep Number — Hotel in Westlake

Store Experience Only - my buddy has had a sleep number bed for years and said I should look into one when I was complaining about having a sore back. Note - you have to go thru getting yet another app to use the parking meters in front of the store, so your best bet is to use the parking garage up the street which is free and take the short walk. After going into the store I was greeted by Nancy. I explained I was looking for a new bed and I saw there was a 50% off Memorial Day sale. She took me to a special bed that showed the pressure points on my back at different levels (40 better than 100). Those pictures were e-mailed to me. Then we reviewed the adjustable frame, definitely a keeper! Next was the 50% off mattress. After answering my questions she put together a quote for my review. Nancy was a bit new to things and it was nice to see co-worker John help her out when she had an issue with the quote and keep things moving. I took the quote and noted I would call with questions - the only sales pressure I received was Nancy saying she hope she would see me again. I did call a few days later and again Nancy politely answered my inquiries without any sales pressure. I decided to purchase the bed, Nancy was with a customer and John saw me and greeted me, noting he was finishing up with a customer and would be with me momentarily. I noted it was Nancy's quote and he said the policy was to help take care of customers in a timely manner, and that Nancy would still get credit for the sale. Well, both Nancy and John worked on getting my order processed when the manager John came in. He as well was friendly and helpful to Nancy, John & myself. I ordered the bed to be delivered mid-June so have not received it yet - hoping the delivery will be as professional as the sales...

We are current owners of a Sleep Number bed, and after 15 years, needed to replace and upgrade. We visited the Crocker Park location to look at what is now available. The store was clean and bright, and the rep, John, walked us through several models after determining our individual "Sleep Numbers." We found the perfect fit - a Split King...when we tried it out with the head and foot elevations, I wanted to take a nap right then and there! Now, we will have a king bed, but my husband and I can have our own controls for the type of mattress hardness/softness as well as head/foot elevation without disturbing each other's sleep. I cannot WAIT for our bed to be delivered. Now that I tried it out in the store, I'm already spoiled and don't want to wait 3 weeks for delivery! Alas, all good things come to those who wait.

Also, a huge benefit from being a previous Sleep Number bed owner...we received a meaningful discount that made this purchase affordable. It is still expensive, but we view this as an investment in our health via quality of sleep for many...

We Called 3 sleep number stores. Everyone was closing before i could get to there location. Even though we would get there after there closing time John at the Westlake location said he woukd wait for us. Westlake which incidentally was the farthest from my location 35 min. When we arrived John greeted us with enthusiasm. We had never been to a Sleep Number store and new very little about the actual products. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we had alot of questions. I had researched a little before so I had a small idea of what we needed and he got us exactly what we needed and wanted. Although they don't haggle with there prices he did offer me a Hero discount because i work for Homeland Security which sealed the deal for us. All in all a very good no pressure sales experience. We Can't wait for our new bed to arrive. Thanks again John for being there when others were not willing to go that extra...
