I recently had the pleasure of dining at Condado's, and I must say that the highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by CJ, our server. From the moment we sat down, CJ's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. His outgoing personality immediately made us feel welcome and at ease, creating a positive atmosphere that enhanced our overall enjoyment of the evening.

One of the standout qualities of CJ was his attentiveness to our needs. He was not only prompt in taking our orders but also demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the menu, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly suited our preferences. CJ's enthusiasm for the dishes and drinks on offer was infectious, and it was evident that he took pride in ensuring each guest had a memorable dining experience.

What truly set CJ apart was his commitment to going above and beyond for his customers. He checked in on us regularly, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we were satisfied with our meals. His genuine interest in our dining experience created a personalized touch that made us feel like valued guests. CJ's dedication to providing exceptional customer service was evident throughout our meal, leaving a lasting impression on my friends and me.

CJ's ability to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness was remarkable. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. This level of service contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our evening, turning a simple meal into a memorable dining experience that we will undoubtedly cherish.

In conclusion, CJ at Condado's exemplifies the epitome of outstanding customer service. His vibrant personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers make him a standout server. I left Condado's not only satisfied with the delicious food but also grateful for the exceptional service provided by CJ, making my visit truly exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Condado's to others, knowing that CJ's exemplary customer service is sure to enhance their dining...

Stopped in because of the high ratings here. Walked out disappointed. First thought getting into my burrito, "white people making Mexican food".

Atmosphere was great with fun, colorful murals everywhere. Service was great. Food, not so much.

Our table started with the 'street corn guacamole'. I thought it was too salty and too citrusy. Mom and sis thought it was ok. Can't remember price, but the bowl was tiny. I ordered the 'big Papas' burrito, I was enticed by the bacon refried beans. First thing I noticed when I held it (it's a hand held situation) was the temperature, room temp at best. Enough lettuce and tomato IN the burrito that I felt like I was eating cold food. (This is why authentic Mexican restaurants put these ingredients on the side, and then the meat/rice/beans in the burrito are hot.) Flavor/spice profile was very underwhelming, not enough meat. Also had a Korean bbq taco. Lots of flavor, but mostly tastes like pickled jalapeños. Bbq flavor didn't come through. Again, more meat please. Mom and sis split three different tacos, to try more items. Kbbq, sweet heat, and the blue dream. They finished two, two halves left over. Sis referring to the blue dream, "I'd rather have a Taco Bell taco." My large classic margarita was fine flavor wise, but on the weak side. Server didn't ask whether I wanted it blended, got the on-the-rocks version. Sis got coconut lemonade and she liked it. They certainly try with some of their specific ingredients, but fall short of orchestrating cohesive flavors. I will say that all the ingredients seemed very fresh. I'd consider popping in again for a happy hour drink, because the murals are fun, but would probably spend my meal...

We had such a good time! It was our first visit and although I'm a taco freak who will try anything, hubby is a bit more simple. The atmosphere was fun with vibrant colored walls. It was small but it wasn't crowded to where you were eating with the people at the next table. The choices for seating was great too. Physically I am unable to sit on a stool or a high top table so having the option was nice. Patio seating was an option and that's where we chose to sit. It was a nice day and did start to cool down a bit but there were patio heaters for those kind of days. Not today but it was really nice when we got there.

The menu could've been in Chinese for my simple food husband but our server, Ryan was on it. He knew the menu and was very patient in answering our questions and did his best describing some of the choices. We would thank him and ask for a few minutes and his timing couldn't have been more perfect when he returned to the table. We joked that ordering exhausted us but Ryan was amazing! He didn't skip a beat.

The food was great! Ryan came out as soon as it was brought to our table to make sure it looked okay and recognized immediately that hubby's was not correct. Took it away and replaced it quickly. I got the easy pleasey burrito which was HUGE! Think of a Chipotle burrito on steroids and OMGosh, so good!

The only bad part about our visit was the spider that I had to single handedly take down. Think WWE cage match. If anyone saw this battle, it was memorable for sure!

Ryan! You were amazing, patient, knowledgeable and made us want to come back! Thank you so much for making our first visit a...

Update: Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Although the food here is AMAZING, the service is not. Three times now, I have had issues with this restaurant. The first time my to-go order was completely incorrect. I was informed to contact them via a link on their Facebook with my issue - I did, but never received a response. Fast forward to my next visit. Incorrect order AGAIN. I did nothing and just dealt with it. Fast forward to 8/27. Placed another to-go order with chips and queso. No chips came with my order. Come on.... I finally called the restaurant directly and was informed they would remove the charge for the chips and queso at the end of the night. Didn’t happen. I was still charged for them. CARE about your customers. And don’t use Covid as a scapegoat for messing up orders. Went for a private event a couple nights before the grand opening since I work in Crocker and I was SUPER impressed. The service, food, and margaritas were much better than Barrio. I found my new taco place!

It was not bad but there are a lot of room for improvements. Fiat of all chips were covered with salt. You do not have to trust my word, just take a look to the picture. Honestly, that much salt can give some people a heart attack. When we complained it appears that it is not possible to have chips with no salt… Next, when ordering guaco I asked whether it is possible to make it not spicy. And the waitress said, — yes. Guaco was spicy. It was not crazy atomic spicy, may be medium, but way more hotter than non-spicy food should be. When we complained it appears that guanina pre-mixed and they cannot really do it less spicy. Question, than, — why did the waitress told us that they can do it not spicy at all? On the bright side, — tacos were good. And huge. I was not too hungry, so I ordered just two double deckers tacos, and to be honest, one would actually be enough food for me today. Bottomline, — it was not too bad, but we are probably not coming back.

We recently enjoyed our food at Condado Tacos in Crocker Park, and it was a fiesta for our taste buds. The atmosphere was decent, but the overall layout of the restaurant wasn't my preference. We started with the Mexican street corn, which was fresh and flavorful, followed by the traditional avocado dip, which was creamy and smooth. The queso and chips were a classic combination, and the chips were perfectly crispy. For our main course, we tried the Lucy fire chicken taco and the Southwest Midwest chicken taco. Both were packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. The Lucy fire taco had a nice kick, while the Southwest Midwest taco was a more mellow option. Overall, we were very impressed with the food and service at Condado Tacos but I am not a fan of their Ambience set up. However, there were no other problems with the experience.
