Worst experience I’ve ever had for a child’s birthday party. My mother and I were late to the birthday party that was being thrown for my cousin so we simply wanted to drop off gifts to the birthday girl and leave. It’s an open space and you can easily see people when they enter, leave, and enjoy the amenities. As soon as we entered we proceeded to walk towards our intended party but were stopped by an employee who informed us we needed to sign a waiver and pay to play, to which we replied we didn’t want to come in and stay just simply drop a gift off to our party and leave. She continued on about a waiver and money, which was not relevant or applicable to our situation. Her demeanor and the manner in which she chose to speak to me was inappropriate, disrespectful, and grounds for me as the receiver to get extremely angry and raise my voice. After seeing I was extremely upset, she continued to approach me only then realizing that I was pregnant but it was too late. My family saw I was being verbally attacked and stepped in to alleviate the situation in the best way that the occurrence allowed which was loud and irate due to me being pregnant. Other staff members stepped in to apologize for the woman’s rude and disrespectful behavior but again, by that time it was too late. No physical altercation happened but it became very close due to such irate behavior by this employee. I would NEVER give my business to this establishment especially because they have hired staff that doesn’t know how to reach its customers in a respectful manner. If I could give no...

I would love to give this place 5 stars because of how much my baby loves it there , but I can’t . It’s the perfect place for some good fun with your kids (even the slides are super fun even for adults lol you go down so fast and you instantly feel like a kid again). They have areas for older kids only, younger kids only, and then an all ages section.
We’ve been three times so far but this location has the worst staff! I’ve seen kids get stuck and lost in the big jungle gym thing and had to help them out myself due to the parents not being attentive and the staff not caring. Some of them are rude as h3ll for no reason and the restrooms are usually filled with water on the floor with no employees ever going in there to clean during your time there. This is annoying because there is a no shoe policy there so going in the restroom with no shoes on shocked me. The staff needs a major upgrade. Other than that, the place is great for some quick and easy fun. They have snacks for purchasing there but they’re way too expensive so we pack our own snacks , and the arcade games can get expensive if you have a gamer baby lol (but they are fun) and admission into the place is cheap. The kids love it here real bad! lol can’t wait to try out the other...
Read moreYoyo's Fun Center?? More like Yoyo's Unfun Center. This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff is beyond unprofessional, it felt more like walking into a toxic workplace fight than a family fun center. One of the girls working there (with heavy makeup, straight hair, and lip filler) was literally cussing out her coworkers right in front of everyone. Totally inappropriate, especially with children around. And the so-called “manager,” I believe his name is Mousa, was even worse. Instead of handling the situation, he was causing a disturbance himself. He spoke loudly, treated his coworkers like absolute garbage, and showed zero professionalism. My daughter was terrified because she thought they were about to actually fight in front of the kids. This is supposed to be a safe place for families, but it was the complete opposite. The environment was hostile, chaotic, and completely unacceptable. If the management is this bad, it’s no wonder the staff behave the way they do. Yoyo’s Unfun Center is not a place I would ever recommend. Save yourself the money, avoid the trauma, and take your kids somewhere that actually feels safe...
