I’ve been collecting art for many years, and I’ve been to the nicest frame shops all around Baltimore, but Gallery 99/Ain’t That A Frame is worth the drive! They’ve been framing art in Westminster for over 30 years, and Sarah is a genius when it comes to picking the perfect frame. I’ve never worked with anyone like her - her keen eye brought my art to life more vividly than I had expected (I’ve had 7 pieces of art framed there over the years)! They do not deliver their product on time. I had to call the day after one item was to be completed. I asked about another item I was to pick up in a few days. The person on the phone blew me off stating it may take another week. Picked up my framing which which cost $275.00.

I received coupons in the mail on 7/30/22. Picked up my framed work on 7/28/21.

I phoned to see if they would honor the for $40.00 off since it had only been 2 days. No I was told. But, if you bring in the coupon next time we will honor it. There will be no next time. Very poor...

Friendly and really knowledgeable staff! They treated a treasured item of mine so carefully and it turned out remarkable. They are the go to for your framing needs! Super fast turnaround also and they do everything in house! I cant say enough positive things about this place....
