A true gem right in the heart of Westminster!
First, the owners, Jenn and Drew, are absolutely wonderful people! They are real pleasure to deal with.
Second, the quality of their products is just out of this world... There's clearly a science-oriented mind behind this whole operation. I bought a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of vodka as a gift, and had my family members (who are from Ukraine and Russia, and are VERY particular about what they drink) try those: both beverages got the highest marks from everyone. Vodka even "beat" the famous "Grey Goose" (!) - the item of choice in our family get-togethers.
Also, while the interior of this place is very welcoming, I strongly believe that the owners deserve a special recognition for giving a new life to a historic structure. They even exposed a fragment of an original wall in the lounge!

Read moreI love this place, it’s a very laid back atmosphere, I have been there twice now and met the owners Jenn, I asked for a extra dirty martini and it wasn’t what I was wanted and I felt bad for asking to just swap it out for something else. She ended up making a perfect extra dirty martini. Jenn was very welcoming and the 2nd time going in she remembered us and was exactly the same as the first time. My name is Cindy Hyde now, not sure why it came up my old...

Jennifer was extremely welcoming and explained each drink with detail and enthusiasm, which made me more inclined to order a drink. It was enjoyable to sit at the bar and chat with her about the distillery.
I absolutely love this place. It has a really cool aesthetic with the exposed brick and other elements that give an industrial vibe. It is a mechanic shop transformed into a distillery. It feels so chill to sit and enjoy a delicious old fashion.
One can appreciate the notes in each drink, whether it's whiskey, gin or vodka, and can taste the effort put into each one. A 10/10 must try for whiskey enthusiasts and...
