I have been coming to this locatiin since 2009 when i mkve wcross the street from them anf let ne tell yih they Probably have one if not the worst ofthe worst in customer service they guy who saw me walk in has been there for quite sometime grabbed the other cash person and went to go have a smoke (okay could if been break time when I got there) but the icing in the cake was deffintly ride I said hey she didn't even flinch lol okay maybe a bad day but then it was a state down I set my blunt on the table and kinda of waited to see how much it would cost you know and behold she didn't say a word until I said something about 2 min later like she was waiting for me to start the transaction. I get it ziggys you guys have made your clientel and your probably set but a long term customer going threw small b.s. like this shouldn't be going on. Now don't get me wrong who ever is reading this this was just today I was there yesterday too only reason it was good was the owner was actually there so generally everyone is hard at work. Maybe he should be there more often so the staff is a bit more friendly overall rating is a 1 for the fact it happens all the damn time I just so happen to fiannly notice when the big boss is there everyone is cheerful when I don't see him not so much. Well that's it for this review and ziggys just lost a long term constumer I would go down to the liquor store by norms they got good amount of flavors same...

Nice store ! Fun and Friendly bunch of guys , always friendly and helpful even reasonable in most areas . And if you do stop in be sure and say Hello to Carlos . And if your heading out towards the desert area say ( Victor Ville ) I believe his Brother runs that one ? But they have since opened a few other stores throughout the OC . So drop in don't just drive by , say hi and check out all that they have to offer ! They have some great gift ideas and some high end merch as well . And for those on a budget well they have things in your price range too ! And they carry high quality , custom craft made , signature items and all the name brand , best brand inventory of all your supply needs !
