Thursday 1/30/25 Lunch at Bo De Trnh Tam Chay with my mother, aunt, uncle, and cousin. My aunt Sandy introduced me to this vegetarian Vietnamese restaurant. All the dishes were so good and reasonably priced. I’m not a vegetarian but with foods this good and great prices, I would come back to eat more vegetarian foods more often. The dishes were so flavorful and delicious! There are a large selection of dishes. Their menu is a book. It would take many visits to try all the dishes. So if you are a person who don’t research for new restaurants or follow me, this would be a restaurant to come back multiple times to try different dishes so you have new experiences with their flavorful dishes.
The service staffs were attentive and worked hard and quickly to serve customers.
The restaurant decors are of an elegance set up with beautiful flowers, bamboo structures, and paintings; very tranquil and relaxing environment.
I recommend trying out this restaurant.

Read moreCame here because a vegetarian friend of mine brought us. I am not vegetarian. we decided we'd share a hot pot between the 3 of us and get an some appetizers. Bad idea. THE COMBO HOT POT WAS HUGE! we had so much left over haha, and we all have huge appetites so i would say with the appetizers and the pot easily enough food for 5-6 people. Also the appetizers and hot pot all came out at once, which unfortunately meant we had to eat fast. I would say if you're ordering a hot pot (only $25 btw) only order one appetizer, to eat while the soup starts to boil. another thing about this restaurant is that it is very traditionally Asian with their service. You need to call them over for water, and to take your order, if you need something go to the counter and ask. it's not rude, it's just the way things are done. If you want to enjoy someone else's culture, you need to respect it and learn and abide by the...

Egg Rolls: 4 stars Crunchy & not greasy but came out pipping hot...yummy
Fried Tofu: 3.5 stars Good & crunchy but didn't have any lemon grass seasoning on it.
Veggie chicken w/fried tofu: 5 stars This had a delicious tasting sauce that was drenched onto the veggie chicken but was a bit too much towards the end.
Mi Quang: 1 star Way too spicy & didn't have enough veggie meats in the bowl.
Overall: good Vietnamese veggie place that vegetarians/ vegans can dine at. =)
Service: D Very slow & unorganized, they took forever to bring out one of the dishes until we had all finished our dishes, then they brang it out. -1
Decor & ambiance: A Very nice Asian styled decor & Buddhist themed decoration they have...
