After many years of Renditions pottery being gifted to me by my husband for countless occasions, our loyalty to this business has come to an end. A rectangular tray used in the oven hundreds of times cracked at 350° after only 15 minutes of reheating food, not frozen but refrigerated. The store owner said it wasn't their problem and offered nothing. Their website states warranty applies to functionality under "Our Policies" heading. Owner said no warranty on their website. One of my all time favorite stores. This started as bridal shower gifts from a close aunt of mine. She told me about it and said this way my husband could always get me more pottery if he was ever stuck on a gift for me. I loved that idea. We have the Mazie/Daisy Jane pattern for what we call our "holiday" collect and it is huge now a days. Even used the blue as a base color for when we renovated out kitchen. We bought a large collect of the Addie Jo for our every day use. Never had any real issues with anything.

HUGE selection of beautiful styles and patterns! And so many sizes and variety of pieces. My wife is slowly building a wonderful collection of hand-painted pottery in a pattern we both love, and finds great additions every time she visits. The store keeps a filebox of your individual purchases, listing patterns and pieces you've already obtained, so you can double-check with them before accidentally choosing the wrong pattern or unnecessarily duplicating a piece.
