The 640 Pizza and Pints — Restaurant in Weston

During a recent girl's trip to Missouri, we spent the day in Weston and just happened upon 640 Pizza and Pints. Our server was Lisa, who was so sweet and shared with us that she was the mom of one of the owners, Anna. You could tell she was just so proud! She took great care of us until she had to transfer us to April who carried out the rest of our visit with no issues.... Now... let me tell you about this HAWAIIN EXPRESS pizza!!!! Oh. Emmm... GOODNESS!!!!! If you've never had cream cheese on your pizza then by golly, you're in for a treat with this pizza! We also order the Sweet Chili Chicken Pizza... and it was good too but that Hawaiin Express was the showstopper for us! We also really enjoyed the alfredo breadsticks. We loved it all so much we actually went back again the next day and ordered the Hawaiian pizza and breadsticks again. Lisa and April were our servers again and they quickly recognized us and thanked us for coming back. Anna, the owner even came over to the table and checked on us and thanked us for coming in. I have no doubts, the four girls on this trip who traveled from either Oklahoma or Minnesota, will absolutely visit this place again! I tend to be brutally honest in my assessment of businesses I rate. With that being said, if you visit Weston, and don’t avail yourself a trip to 640, you’re missing out. The staff is incredible - engaging, friendly, local. You can find nice, friendly people anywhere though. What sets 640 apart, and the reason you’d go in the first place, is the food. Their sandwiches, pizzas, and other offerings are what make them stand apart from the rest. Their menu selections are well thought out, the portion sizes are above and beyond what you pay for, the ingredients are fresh and top tier, it’s served hot, and I guarantee… when you leave Weston to head back home, the next time you come back to visit, 640 WILL be on your list of go-to places. When I visit a city routinely, I tend to go to the same places every time, bc they are unique… they are exceptional in some way or another. 640 Pizza is absolutely going to occupy that kind of place in your mind as well.

I don’t have enough positive things to say about the progress they’ve made over the course of the couple years they’ve been in business. They truly and genuinely add to what makes Weston unique and special and endears visitors...

After a fantastic day of golf, 640 Pizza & Pints was exactly what I needed to cap off the evening. From the moment I walked in, the laid-back, welcoming vibe made it the perfect place to relax, kick back, and enjoy some great food and a cold brew.

I ordered the Meet Me in Weston pizza, and let me tell you — this pizza is a must-try! Loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked with a crisp crust, and topped with generous portions of savory meats that hit the spot after a long day on the course. The buffalo wings were equally impressive — just the right amount of heat with a crispy exterior and juicy, tender inside. Every bite was delicious!

The beer selection was solid, with plenty of options to suit whatever you’re in the mood for, and my server made sure my glass was never empty. Great service, great atmosphere, and top-notch food.
