Open doors yoga in Hingham has been my home studio for years now- I enjoy the serenity of the space, and the instructors are wonderful. Renew and Restore with Sue Parnell- and let me tell you- she is fabulous. Light and love and kindness. Sue gave gentle reminders on how to adjust a pose for your benefit and willing to help anyone with a concern. Her class was relaxing and peaceful with just the right amount of challenge to make me feel good about my energy and effort! Thank you Sue. And Tanya Rossicone, who I have had the pleasure of taking power yoga with for a few Thursdays now on and off, she is lovely and gentle in her practice, she offers light reminders of modifications to poses and is present and positive throughout the session. I can’t recommend Hingham Open Doors Yoga enough! From the moment you walk in, the studio has such a warm, clean, and welcoming vibe, and that energy only gets better once class begins.

The Yoga Sculpt classes with Caroline are amazing! She’s welcoming, energetic, and incredibly encouraging throughout the entire session. She creates a positive, high-energy atmosphere while still making everyone feel comfortable at their own level. Her motivating shout-outs mid-practice give you that extra push when you need it most!

I’ve also done the Power Yoga classes with Stacey, Mandy, Tanya, Ryan, and Cory who are all awesome! Motivating and active throughout. Great mix of strength, balance, and flow.

I thought I might hate yoga. Nope. Love it. Jo on Monday evenings teaches Gentle Yoga and then the Community Yoga Class. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I honestly can't stop smiling at the end of class and on my way to the car. Don't be fooled, Gentle Yoga is tough in spots; lots of odd positions held for periods of time equals sore the next day. But it's great. They offer packages, to be used at any Open Doors Yoga Studio. I am working my way up to 2 classes a week, and I'm someone who is pretty active. Bought 2 packages, use them, love it.
