WOW!! Is all I have to say regarding my experience at Jewlery and Watch Co. Joe and Carol were exceptional! I walked in there today with a recommendation from my friend to get my ring sized. The store is very very clean, very welcoming and the amount of beautiful Jewlery on display is just the right amount, not overbearing like some stores. Which left my shopping experience pleasant. The level customer service was highly impressive! When leaving a sentimental or valuable piece of Jewlery with a business you want to ensure you feel comfortable, I can say I was very very comfortable. The level of pride that they take in their work shows in every piece on display! Their knowledge and professionalism leaves me wanting to design my next piece of Jewlery and have them make it come to life! I highly recommend visiting them for any of your Jewlery or watch needs!

This store and it’s owners are one of the best stores our valley has! When it comes to our jewelry and needing repairs most chain stores send it out and you have no idea who’s hand your treasured piece is in or what they’re doing with it! With this store you do and their work is impeccable! On a previous visit to their store, Carol had looked at my Anniversary ring and informed me how badly it needed repaired, I had no idea! When I took it in to be repaired I also took in old pieces of gold to cash in, which paid for my ring repair! I had also asked to have my engagement ring made into a pendent to carry down to my daughter, Carol was very helpful in helping me find the right style of pendant for it. I just went yesterday to pick up my ring and pendent and both were beautiful and shining, Carol helped me to choose a beautiful 14k gold chain for it and Joe put the pendent on the chain then put it on me! They take the time with you, their goal is to work for their customers and for you to leave their store happy! They are definitely a 5 star plus jewelry store that we are lucky to have...

I took my engagement ring in to be resized. The ring was his grandmother’s & we did not want it to be sent off, so we felt most comfortable taking it to Jewelry & Watch Company because everything is done there. I dropped it off Monday & was originally told I could pick it up on Friday (the day after thanksgiving). The ring had been cleaned & inspected before being taken to Jewelry and Watch Co by another big jewelry company. The day after taking it in, they called and said the prongs should be replaced (which was not caught by 2 previous inspections within a few weeks) & asked if I wanted to pick it up Wednesday before thanksgiving. I was so excited & when I picked it up, I was even more excited. The ring looked completely different. It was so beautifully cleaned & it was breathtaking.
