Panda Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Wheeling

Great food and service but last night I found a small bolt in my food and when my wife called they acted like it was no big deal. So I went down and talked to them and it was like pulling teeth, they surrounded me and started talking in Chinese and laughing about it. I said I want a refund and after going over and over with the women about how it was my child's plate and her trying to only refund like $5 I finally settled with half a refund of $15. It's just the point any other place would have instantly gave a full refund and tried to kiss butt and give you free food to show how sorry they were but not this place. I have been eating from here for years and have always enjoyed my food every single time. From time to time I would find the ocasional stray hair but not that big of a deal still is nasty as hell but I never complained to them. The one time it's actually something serious they try to blow me off and laugh about it. Sorry to say but you guys have now lost a costumer for life because of the way things were handled. Also as I was leaving they pick the bolt up which had nasty dirt in the threads of it and as if this is something that happens everyday they out it back into its hole and go about their day. Like...

Disappointed... I ordered and it never showed up.. Called 40 minutes after I placed order was told it would be here any minute... Gave the benefit of the doubt even if they did forget my order(they had already charged my card) waited another 30 minutes and called back. Lady said he in the elevator he be right there I said you said that 25 minutes ago she said I call you right back, (calling the driver) she called back said he was In The elevator .... My room was right beside the elevators driver was not coming... She called back half laughing and said he went to wrong Hampton! He went to highlands! (Not funny to me and here's why) I'm diabetic... Now that I had already taken insulin for Chinese it was way too late to eat. She took my request of canceling the order...positive... I'm always prepared so I had to enjoy a dinner consisting of popcorn ,peanuts, and emergency candy that I carry just so my sugar wouldn't drop from the insulin I took preparing for the food that never...

Got there at 10:10pm for a small order of chicken fried rice. The lady told me that they are closed and I have to come earlier if I want to do business with them. If your online advertising says you are open until 10:30pm and the hours sign in your window says you are open until 10:30pm and the bright red neon signs in your windows are lit up saying "Open" until 10:30pm and you don't lock your doors till 10:30pm, that means you don't put all the food away and clean up and stop serving at 10:00pm.
