As always Thrive is amazing!!! Today I had my first massage there with Scott and it was awesome. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely schedule another one. Had Neo Emsculpt Bi and Tris with Brad. All Core 360 with Zach. B12 shot with Kylie. And always greeted at check in and check out with Hailey. If you have not been there you should go!!!! And use the Alastin skin care products daily now. Christy is wonderful. I am 65 years old and have had 2 back surgeries. Then in July of 2023 I hurt my back again and had severe sciatica down both legs and was having to use a cane to walk. I was doing PT at the hospital for weeks with little progress or relief of pain. Jessica saw me out in the parking lot and said I have something for you to try- and I was introduced to the AllCore 360 only 10 minutes 3x week. And the local Cryo treatments to my back for the pain. It has been amazing and has changed my life. I started out at a Rehab level and have in less than 6 months have strengthened my core muscles and feel better than I have in 30 years. I also joined the weight loss program and have lost 25lbs and went from size 20 pants to size 14 in 3 and half months. Today was my first Emsculpt Neo treatment and it was amazing. Can't wait for my next session. I have also used the sauna and Halo treatments. I wasn’t going to review or say anything I was just going to chalk my expirence up as a loss until thrive reached out to me a year later . My experience to say the least was awful. I paid 1800 dollars for laser hair removal . I received zero results! My appts were inconsistent as was my treatment . The discussed area wasn’t fully covered in every session. I was told I’d be receiving more treatments because the machine they started with was unsuccessful and they had gotten a new machine that would be more successful. The tech would message me personally and reschedule appts so there was never any consistency with the amount of time between treatments. A year after my last appt was cancelled by the tech . I’m assuming a communications representative from the company reached out to me about my experience . Mind you I never wrote any reviews never contacted anyone I simply chalked the service up as a major loss and moved on . Anyways After she looked into my file and I gave her my little review of services I was very displeased with her response. Which is why I’m writing the review. It was NEVER once brought to my attention that being Darker skinned the treatment wouldn’t work for me . Well after THRIVE reached out to me after a YEAR . The response I got for no results sounds a lot like IT’s BECAUSE YOUR BLACK . I would have no problem with that response had before they took my 1800 dollars they said hey this might not work because of your dark skin . Nope never mentioned .
