Took wayyyy too long! Dropped the computer off on a Wednesday and they originally said they would try to get it done by that Friday or at the latest the following Wednesday...that’s one week! Well after 12 days went by and they didn’t call, I called them and they said it’s still not finished. Finally, I was able to pick up my computer 16 days later! Not sure if they realize it’s 2018 and people who rely on the computer for work can’t really get any work done without having their computer for 16 days!! Do not go here, I have got a fan swap from here not long ago from wilkes barre store which the guy was amazing bought a wifi card to, and they swapped the fan for total of 35 bucks, but now I'm being told despite it being a 5 minute job 85 dollars cause a bench fee, ridiculous, I highly suggest though he has less employees, go to conputer planet, cheaper prices and he even built my pc, or do it yourself, I could or would do it myself but I have nerve damage in my hands do to an Incident, though I like the people in the wilkes barre store, and the day they worked with me the owner obviously sucks charhing 85 bench fee for a simple 5 minute swap or fan install when I...
