I took my son to this build a bear yesterday for his first birthday and not to be mean or anything but it was a bad experience. We go to this one a lot and never had a bad time but yesterday it was completely different. We walk in the two girls are watching videos together on their phone and they didn’t even get up to help us until after a couple minutes. The girl helping us with my sons bear seemed like she didn’t wanna be there at all. she was not cheery like all the other workers are. It seemed like she was in a bad mood because she didn’t wanna take care of us. The whole time she never smiled once or anything and didn’t tell us to hug the heart or anything we just picked it out and put it in the bear. We decided to just do the clothes a different day. So we got the bear and left but the girl checking us out was a little nicer but also seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. None of them were smiling or even trying to be nice and then as soon as we got the receipt they went right back to watching videos on their phone together. I was kinda mad since I took my kid their to have a good experience for his first birthday but...

Ordered Bears for my 3 and 4 year old children when the box arrived they only sent the toy for my 4 year old. It was extremely difficult for my 3 year old to understand why his toy didn’t come. He felt like he was being punished. Contacted customer service and was told they will send the bear but it will not arrive until NEXT week. After stating that this is completely unacceptable the representative said it was the best they could do. Nothing else was offered . The representative just stated that usually it’s the accessories that do not arrive. I will not be spending another penny in this...

Awesome 🤩 I have four children under the age of seven and we have never been to a build a bear store. My mother suggested I take my three year-old today because it is her birthday to receive the birthday bear for her birthday 🥳 The associate who helped my girls (because they both got a bear) build their bear, stuff it, and put special items inside was absolutely perfect and amazing! She works wonderfully with children and I completely give this associate five stars thank you for making her birthday special!! We will be back for more outfits and shoes soon 😉...
