Walked up to the snack counter with money in hand. Stood there for a good two minutes while 5 teenage employees just sat there on their phones watching tiktok.. I was the only person there.. ( check ur cameras, around 7:15pm Oct 15th not making this up) I thought they may have been busy or waiting for something..then I realized they were completely oblivious while goofing off with eachother. I get it, it happens. But I was right infront of them..idk..
The worse is the moment we entered the movie ( I paid around 60 for everyone, just wanted all of us to have a good time ) my daughter choked on some popcorn..her friends giggled about it and I told them to shush.. well some guy was not having any of it and went and complained. This all happened in under 3 minutes. ( again check your cameras I know you have them in the theaters. )
I don't know what the guy said to the staff, but one of the same people who completely ignored me at the snack counter came up and asked for our tickets.. they could not see our tickets so we gave them a phone to see them..thats right we helped them do their job...they then said we all have to leave for being a distraction.
Now I know choking on popcorn and some giggles is not bad behavior, so that guy must have exaggerated or straight up lied.. or was just miserable. Idk. There were people talking louder than her giggling trying to clear her thoat.. so that guy must just hate teenagers..whatever the reason. Again..this all happened within 3 minutes of us sitting down...
In total with the gas from Berwick, the tickets, the food..I spent around 100 dollars for not even two minutes of a movie. Everyone went home in a bad mood.
I can not blame some random customer, honestly i get it... But I can say something about the poorly trained and unprofessional staff they employ.. we were not even giving a warning which should have been the appropriate decision... and for how much I spent that and the overall service.. just not good business.

Biggest complaint,the movie was in 3D but the screen in Theater 4 was dirty and had what seemed to look like a brick pattern of lines that you could see during previews and movie especially during bright parts of the movie. the biggest line was running across right where the faces of the characters were the entire movie. It made the move look like we were watching the movie through a dirty window that was wiped with dirty water and not squeegeed dry. The 3D effects were ruined. I left my daughter and went ot for a supervisor who came into the movie 5 min later, asked him to put on my 3d glasses and he saw it too. Said he would see what they could do in the camera room. Nothing apparently. He was nowhere to be found after the movie either. Being more expensive than cinemark i was so upset. Another issue the screen was too dark like it was missing a light bulb in the projector. My daughter and other people in there also noticed these issues. The experience was just horrible, like I was in a 3rd world country watching a bootleg copy of the movie in an old dirty theater. I might have considered trying another theater in there another time, but they didnt even offer a credit or free tickets to come back. they just disappeared. I posted this review to save others the hassle, just go to cinemark, Im taking my daughter there tomorrow to see the movie the way it should be seen in 3D, in spite of getting ripped of $29.28 at Movies 14 on 4/27/2023. I don’t leave reviews ever, except positive ones, because I understand working with public can be tough and everybody has their off days but I couldn’t get out of here fast enough. We walked in and went to see where our movie was playing and the individual who “helped” us didn’t know where anything was. He took a complete guess and pointed us in a general direction. “Down there I think...?”. We took the individuals word because they work there and went to the concessions stand. After being told they don’t have anything on there menu except a couple boxes of candy in the display case, which were stale, we went to the theatre we were pointed to. Keep in mind nothing has a label it’s just generic doors with screens no titles or anything so we go in where we were pointed to an unkept theatre with trash and just in very poor visual condition. Just to sit there for 30 minutes and the wrong movie start playing. We attempted to find our theatre but couldn’t and we went to get a refund where nobody seemed to care about anything going on. They DID refund our money but I have yet to receive it. The individual who lead us to the wrong theatre in the first place turned out to be a janitor, the manager was clueless as to anything going on around them, and every employee couldn’t be bothered to care or even attempt to fix the issues.
