Although the arena is well lit, has plenty of seating, and large screens to view events, the ADA parking and access was very disappointing. There is not enough designated parking for individuals who need it for special events. Once that parking was full, we were instructed to drop off at a ramp at the back of the arena and we had another family member take the car and park it while one walked in with a family member with a walker. We were unable to sit together with our family and friends as a group due to limited accessibility to only the floor level as it was explained. Cell service and wifi were not consistent so phone calls and text messaging were difficult to try to get our group back together at the end of our event. It took a long time to get our car after the event was over. Before we had time to retrieve our car, my father with his walker was asked rudely to leave because there was another event. My father was waiting until the car arrived because he can't stand for long periods of time. Our group finally met at the back of the building. While other families and friends were in the front, we could not find them or see them because of the limited access to this building. Pictures there tried to avoid the delivery ramp, air conditioning unit and big dumpster. It was an unattractive and difficult situation that added stress to what should have been an...
Read moreBeautiful campus and arena. Took two stars away because we were redirected to park in the parking structure which was a 10 minute walk for others and almost 20 for us to the arena and we had a handicap placard. As we approached the entrance, there were plenty of handicap and non-handicap spots available. Also, the people working the event to check in event goers and security spoke to many guests rudely. ⭐️ If you are visiting the arena, you will be turned away if your bag is bigger than a trifold brochure. I witnessed many women in distress and people who stated they traveled from far away were denied entry for the size of their bags but diaper bags...
Read moreFrustrating experience. Limited parking due to huge shipping containers taking up multiple spaces. Construction equipment took up a huge portion if the lot. Had to park very far away. Facility didn't allow bags unless they were clear. Tall stairway leading to the doors. The accoustics we're awful. Couldn't tell what language the people were speaking. The speakers faced one direction and it was the opposite direction of our seats. Very steep stairs leading to upper seats. Daughter's (once in a lifetime) graduation experience could have been way better if the facility hadn't taken on an event the we're not prepared to accommodate the number...
