This was the first time I tried them because of the positive reviews. First of all they were extremely friendly and the studio was very clean. Here is my issue I told the precious elderly woman that I wanted a fade haircut she then proceeded to do a two guard around my head which inevitably screwed the top of my head because of my cowlicks. Then she chopped my hair the same length on top which is not what I asked. So I have to let this grow out for weeks and it looks terrible. She was sweet but I really don’t think she understood me. I found this place by accident and I am so glad I did! My 8 yo would rather walk on hot coals than get his hair cut. The experience exceeded expectations. The ladies were friendly and engaging from the minute we walked in. Su was fantastic. She was quick and efficient with no whining from the kiddo.

Update: After the wonderful experience with the 8 yo, I decided to take a gamble with my 3 yo. He is such a rascal in the barber's chair that I hadn't had his hair cut in over a year. I have finally found a great place to get my 3 year old son’s haircut. The place is clean. The people are friendly, fast, and good at what they do. I called and asked if any appts were available and they asked me when I wanted to come in. We set an appt for an hour later. When we arrived the place was packed but we only had to wait for about 5 mins for our turn. I love that they did t turn us away when I called. They knew they’d be busy but they know how to cut hair and they don’t take forever to do it. Great for kids who get itchy and want to start squirming. Mimi cut my sons hair and I will always go...
