Roots Dispensary — Attraction in Willingboro Township

UPDATE Today Phil reached out to me and Roots made it right. I was able to pick up my item today and they threw in an extra for my troubles. I appreciate the integrity that they showed in addressing this right away.

Mixed feelings. I was glad to have a dispensary right here in Willingboro. They have a few kinks to work out though. Their medical and recreational hours are not posted online so I went this morning at 9am when the site said they are open only to find they mean for medical. That is fine, that should be posted online as well. Then I get there and my order is missing one item that I ordered but they threw in a free preroll and vape so I guess that makes up for what I ordered and did not receive. I also had an experience where the price posted on their site was incorrect but anyhow, growing pains I guess but...

DO NOT USE DEBIT CARD IN DRIVE THRU. I attempted to use my debit card to pay for a vape in the drive thru and was told the charge did not go through. The associate had us walk in and attempt to pay again for the same product. A few days later, I check my bank account and discovered my card was charged twice and refund never processed. Now I have lost $53.50. I returned to the store to explain what occurred and didn’t receive any compensation. I was told they only see the charge once on their end so it was up to me to dispute with my bank. My cell phone number was taken down and I was told I’d be called back to work out a solution and I heard nothing more. My first experience was a terrible one and I don’t appreciate the lack of compassion for money I lost due to their machines. I do not recommend and will never return...

Roots Dispensary is fairly new in Willingboro and, for the most part, is kinda of on the pricey side for my tastes. But in time, I'm hoping they will bring down their prices to meet the needs of Medical Marijuana patients like myself who, by the way, are on Disability and are having a hard enough time paying for the pricey marijuana of today's market.

Onto the next subject: I received a text message from Roots the other day for the sales they were offering, and so I went in for and bought 4 mix match Kind Tree 3.5g for $130 - 1/2 ounce. The regular price is at $60 per 3.5g = $240. Good deal!! Great deal would be the prices we had for street weed back in the 80s. Those days are gone due to inflation of the 21st century.
