My husband and I came in as we were strolling the street so I had little expectations but we were in the market to buy another ring for our 4 yr anniversary. I really didn't expect to find anything because the store is so small. A young lady helped us and she was confident and knew the categories the jewelry was organized by. She was friendly, quick to answer our questions and when she didn't know the answer she didn't hesitate to get the answer. I really appreciated her customer service, she was excellent!!! Eventually I found the perfect ring, it's gold with a simple and unique vintage design with an opal stone. It is just my vibe! I am still in love with my ring and plan to keep it forever. They said it was an "estate" piece, meaning it was pre owned and I loved that about it. Where I'm from you usually only find unique preowned rings at pawn shops. Me and my girlfriend, now fiancé, walked into DavEd's in October to get a ring after we made the decision to get married. Steve took the time to educate us on everything we needed to know, sat us down and showed us dozens of rings. We ended up deciding to have the engagement ring custom made. Steve did a wonderful job in making exactly what we wanted and at no point did he ever try to upsell us or guilt us into spending more money on the ring then was necessary which I consider to be a huge plus over your typical mall jeweler that is making commission on your purchase.

Brought my wedding ring in to have a clasp fixed, my own fault. They could have just fixed that one but alerted me that they’re all bent a little. It’s 20 yrs old! I also brought in my diamond tennis bracelet to have a safety chain installed.
