Will not return to this store. Over priced on 95% items. On many items they price them for what the item could be purchased brand-new. This merchandise is used and donated to this store and to charge such high prices is preposterous. I shop in Thrift stores, sometimes on a daily basis, so I am privy to what the same brand items in ALL the other resale, Thrift, and second hand stores I shop in and this store is price gouging customers. I wanted to purchase a pair on no name tennis shoes and they did not have a price on them. I spoke with an associate who took them to get a price for me, when he returned I was told they would be 18.00 and some change (don't remember the change because when I heard 18, I was floored and new I would not pay that for a pair of shoes I could get at Walmart or even target for less. Then when I was checking out I questioned the total of my purchase and because of the rudeness of the cashier as I was asking her why the price went from 12 to 22 when I added 2 items totally 5.00 which would have brought my total to 17. She said it was the taxes. Well sure enough once I got to my vehicle she had charged me incorrectly and had not provided the half off of one of the items I added at the last minute....staff and management both are extremely rude and I WILL NOT BE BACK, there are plenty of other Thrift stores in San Antonio who are glad you are shopping at their store and don't literally try to rob you with exuberant...
Read moreI would not support this place to even my worst enemy regardless if you are able to find a good deal on a random item it’s disgusting inside, and today when I decided to check it out again since I was already at good will I noticed a good amount of what seemed to be employees outside eating and smoking in the parking lot not very professional. In my short 10-15 min visit I witness what I’m assuming was a female manager with an extremely bitter attitude towards multiple employees old and young. Female and male and it bothered me in such a way that I had to remove myself from this establishment. I will say outside of the occasional good find the atmosphere is extremely awkward and you can get a sense of the employees walking on eggshells. It’s really sad to see what I’m assuming was a manager talk to there employees with the tone she did. I give this location a one star review mainly based on how dirty the place is and how many employees I witness outside instead of working one could only imagine they where outside for a reason do not give these people your money it’s better off going to a homeless person for a beer from what I’ve witnessed again in a short...
Read moreDONT come here UNLESS you want to be overcharged😤. Normally I do all my thrift shopping in about 25-45 minutes, but today I spent around 3 hours. At first I finished my shopping in about 35 minutes, but as we were walking out my granddaughter noticed that they hadn’t given me my senior discount and that they had also forgotten to discount other items, instead they over charged us almost $40!!!. When we went back to ask the employees they all seem very lost and kept pointing fingers at each other. One of the ladies told us that they couldn’t refund us or put it in a gift card or anything , instead we had a budget and we had to find items around the store to fill the price gap. Mind you, we were already tired and did not feel like shopping ..but we did. It was already later , so all the good stuff was gone and it was really hard to find stuff we liked,in the end we found stuff that we liked and ended up spending more than we had on our budget, luckily the supervisor was SUPER nice and understanding and cover the extra cost . I would give this store a 1.5, because of the supervisor and a few employees were nice but...
