Meh. For a place with as much hype as we saw when they opened, I expected more. Place was clean, ate inside back when you still could dine indoors, had a cheeseburger and fries, chocolate shake to go.
Hamburger wasn't bad, a little undercooked, was pink in the middle, the bun was nice and simple, but lightly browned on the griddle, so that made it better, hamburger patty was pretty standard, cheese was adequate, probably should've gotten it with bacon.
The fries were really the worst part. Went in with high hopes because they're advertised as fresh cut in-store, well, that's fine and good, but they are served limp and bland. Maybe keeping them in the fryer another 20-30 seconds might make them better, but for now they're about as bland as raw potatoes with a tiny layer of cooking on the outside.
The shake was delicious. A bit on the small size, portion-wise, but that seems to be the trend at most places these days. I ordered the chocolate, and it was thick enough to benefit from a wider straw. This is a shake that needs to be nursed, and that's just fine.
Menu choices are pretty basic. A few variants of burgers and those horrible fries. I did not ask for anything off their "secret menu" because I was just trying out the place for the first time, wanted to order straight from the actual menu.
They sell T-shirts too, which sadly is the best part of the place, they're full color, double-sided prints on quality shirts, and they're very reasonably priced at $12.99. I like the design, it's a classic car burger joint print on the back, the logo on front, and it always gets people asking questions about the place, and I'm as honest with anyone asking as I am in...
Read moreThere's always a long line, yet short wait! Pulled in at 11:50 am left by 11:56. The staff is always kind and smiling. I've been at multiple times of day and still get great service. The cheeseburger tastes fresh and delicious . Buns are soft, not stale, and have a mild crunch from the toast. Lettuce is fresh and crunchy, and they don't mind adding my pickles and removing the onion and tomato. They double wrap the bottom of the burger to make sure your hands stay fresh, but the juicey burger and inn and out special sauce still quenches your hunger. The fries have yet to disappoint, always deliciously. Seasoned and crispy on the outside yet soft in the middle, and did I mention it is hot but not on fire. There is always plenty of napkins and sauce when asked for it. The whole meal for me is $6.30 with just a cheeseburger and fries, and the rep who takes your order is great at explaining the menu options.
If you're looking for simple, yet delicious fast food with GREAT CUSTOMER service, this is the place. Did I mention this sweet guy had no problem allowing me to take his picture when I asked if I could leave a review. He had no idea what I would say and still did it with a smile. Plenty of parking, seating, and restroom access if needed. Good for kids and ♿️ outside and...
Read moreI don’t really like the food because I’m not big into fast food places, but the service is phenomenal and the staff is so caring and quick! I definitely recommend coming in to dine to see the wonderful service. And if it’s a rainy day, they give out to the kids a free hot chocolate. If there’s spills or trash on the floor they have Squeegees and mops to pick up immediately.
“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/1co.15.1-4.KJV
