IHOP — Restaurant in Windcrest

I ordered delivery straight from the ihop app bc I’m sick & need to feed my children & I didn’t feel like cooking. My order was 2 of the pancake value breakfast meals, that everyone sees on their tv’s, phones & even the app…. My order gets delivered I’m missing my pancakes. The delivery driver was nice enough to go back for me. Meanwhile, I call the store to let them know the situation only to be told my order doesn’t come with pancakes…. I go back to the app to make sure & it says “2 fluffy pancakes” along with the 2eggs & 2bacon/sausage… so I’m annoyed & irritated bc why would I pay 7$ for just 2eggs & 2sausage on a value meal?! Had I known, I would’ve ordered something or somewhere else…. At first the manager said he can’t refund through door dash, however, I placed my order directly through the IHOP app. Then manager said he will send the delivery driver with pancakes bc I demanded he make it right since I was deceived on what I was getting & needed to feed my kids like rn…. So she gets here & I’m still missing an order of pancakes (I ordered 2 meals only got 1 order of pancakes) I call another location to verify what my order is supposed to come with & she stated my order was IN FACT, supposed to come with pancakes & apologized for the service I got. Worst experience. Never ordering from here again! & if I were you, I would avoid them as well. Ps. I know it wasn’t my drivers fault. They seal orders for a reason so I’m not mad at her for not checking. I gave her an extra tip for the inconvenience. I’m just thankful to have had a kind,...

I recently visited the combined Applebee’s and IHOP location, and my experience was amazing from start to finish. The hosts were extremely welcoming and had great attitudes, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The service was fast and truly fantastic — everything came out in perfect timing.
