Paul is great at Customer Service pleasant person. I was there to buy a laptop Laura already having a negative energy took the laptop off the shelf with a charger and explained it will be $64 for the laptop, she said the number on the power cord charger doesn't match to the number on the laptop so she proceeded to plug it in the laptop it didn't work got another it didn't work. She said " Sometimes the chargers get mixed up" I asked her to try another power cord plug it in and it worked. So I asked could I just have the charger that worked, she told me she couldn't do that because it goes to the other laptop. She takes the same laptop plug that same charger in that worked in the laptop I wanted and didn't work on the laptop that she took down that she said that went to the laptop. I said I didn't understand why I couldn't have the charger that worked with the laptop I wanted she said "What is there to understand your not getting that charger" at this point I am feeling this is a personal feeling not business because there is No reason she couldn't give me the charger that worked with the laptop I wanted. She then said you can buy the laptop without a charger and I will take $5 off you can get one on Amazon for $10. It was an hr by this time I wasn't trying to argue I just didn't understand why she didn't want to give me the charger that worked with the laptop I wanted so I could do my school at that point I paid the $54 and took the laptop. I went to Walmart and had to pay $34 for a charger to be able to do my school work. Read moreStopped by the Walzem location about 25 minutes before closing. Two women who were looking at jewelry made their way toward the register to pay for their items. The register area seemed to be very busy and cluttered due to a display table they had put out with literally two boxes of shoes on it. Under the table were two large appliances. I’m guessing an employee had placed a large, metal tray that belonged to either of the appliances on top of the item itself because this large, flat piece of metal was sticking out from under the table. One of those women walked past the table through the tight walk way and the metal cut her, giving her a gash. The employees took down her number and gathered all the first aid equipment they had available, but I don’t think I once heard anyone sincerely apologize.
After witnessing that incident, I tried to sell my power tool. The lady told me that since I was a new client and I don’t yet have a pick up rate on any pawned items that the highest she could give me for the sale was $20…my husband told me he had been going there for years and never heard of that program and in my opinion it made absolutely no sense because I wasn’t pawning the item..

Read moreSeeing a good review, got an airpod 2 weeks ago online, pick it up after calling them since they didn't send any notification when it was ready for pickup on 15th January, 2024; but airpod was not in a very good condition as described on site, so return it on the same day i picked up, said it will take about 24 to 48hrs but it's been 13 days without counting the weekend and no refund was made till now, i called after 5 days when I didn't see a refund in my account and they just ignored and said you need to wait 5-10 days to get processed but it's been more than 2 weeks now.
