Shiloh Center — Attraction in Windsor

I do my photo's often,The photo Dept.has gotten the best of me!!I Quit going there,Friday I went in to pick up my photo's and they wanted to charge me $40.,I said they are ALWAY'S $20.for 100 photo's so They wouldn't work with me ,I said thtow them away and I will do them away,Monday I came back to do them and they came to$10. Same amount of photo's,I said what are you doing I thought you threw thoes away.....I came back Wed.to do them again..... They said here you go $20 for 100,These are the one's I asked you to throw away twice ,The 3rd Time they gave me photo's they agreed to throw away and wouldn't let me exchange or get a refund,I did a different bunch and thought I would get back on track,So tired of them not at all working with me,you can get better one's on you phone the free photo app,easier and wayyy...

It is a strip mall with everything. Nails, urgent Care, fast food, Starbucks, office depot, home Depot and Walmart.

It also houses a game stop. Normally very easy to find parking and get your errands...
