AutoZone Auto Parts — Attraction in Winter Haven

The employees were not very helpful. I unfortunately had car troubles and this is where it happened. Went in to purchase plugs asked employee if I could borrow the ratchet and socket on the loaner program. I was made to wait a long time even though I was the only customer. Only to be then told that they couldn't find it. I could buy one he said and it'll cost me an extra $20 . Keep in mind the plugs were only $12. So my friend goes in to have our battery charged and comes out with a whole socket set that was $8. Only to have the ratchet break on the second plug. I was not offered to return it by employee when I informed him. I went back to get the battery a short time later and was never told how charged it was and if the battery was good. It was not very busy I was at the store for three hours and over heard multiple customers complaining about the same issues. I would avoid this particular location...

Mindy and John did a simple thing but it made my entire day! The staff are always amazing at this location, but these two really prompted me to do a review.

I had a horrible experience at the Haines City location earlier today. Shortly after leaving, I called the Autozone in Winter Haven and Mindy answered. I asked a few questions and I could tell they were busy but Mindy stayed calm and continued to answer my questions. She was knowledgable and extremely helpful.

When I got to the store, she remembered that I had called earlier that day. She explained to John what I needed and he then showed me where the belt was in my car, explained how to spray the product onto the belt, and watched me to make sure I was doing it right.

If you don't speak English, don't go to this autozone!!!
