Avenue & Green — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

This is the third year we've decided to renew our lease at Avenue & Green. Yes, the cost of rent is high for us but there are so many reasons that make us want to stay. For one, especially in this heat wave right now the outdoor pool is amazing. Maintenance requests are always completed right away, depending on the urgency. Everyone here, residents and staff alike, are friendly. I can't think of a time where I passed someone in the hallway and was not greeted with at least a smile.

As with every other apartment building out there, yes there can be noise from neighbors but it doesn't really bother us. If you are sensitive to those types of noises, then apartment living is not for you (or choose the top floor). Especially this one since it's right next to the train.

Packages have never been an issue for us in three years. Probably because we pick them up in a timely manner and if something is missing then we contact the shipper.

I also just want to clarify something that I keep reading in the reviews about parking. Parking has never been guaranteed here so I'm not sure where anyone is getting that idea. When you sign the lease, it says that you can register up to two cars per apartment, NOT that you get two spots. It states that the parking lot is first-come-first-serve. There are NO reserved parking spots. You can pay an additional fee for the covered parking garage, which is also first-come-first-serve but since they control access (electronic door that opens with a key fob thing) there's always going to be an open spot. So although parking is not guaranteed, in the three years we've been here we've never had trouble finding a spot outside the garage.

When we finally get our savings in a good place and decide to expand our family to 4, moving to a bigger place/house will be inevitable. But we will definitely miss this place and recommend...

I have been living here for about a year. My experience has been great thanks to Naomi and Elliot. I havent had the best experience with the property manager Andrew which is very upsetting. As a property manager you should take pride at your job, value, and be front line communication when it comes to the needs of your people. Andrew lacks in communication, doesn’t know how to speak to woman or any individual human being and is never found in the building.

Many of us have complained of noise, mis behaviors, lost packages, outside system. Better quality of everyday life, more gym equipment, and butterfly system. Andrew sometimes neglects to respond or responds without answering your question. One time I got a ticket due to no parking. His response was not valid and I was obligated to pay a 60.00 ticket. His response was to park outside of the building across the street where there is a sign “no parking” I guess he missed that sign.

If it wasnt for the staff at Avenue and Green I wouldve left a long time ago. Naomi, Elliot and staff including the cleaning people have made avenue and green for me a place where I can call home. These people have been there for me day and night. Naomi should be property manager. She is exceptional. She has all the qualities. She listens, is patient, understands and wants the best for her residences. This is not a paycheck job for her but a place where her heart is as well. Not like Andrew who doesnt listen not cares for his residence.

These stars are not for property management but for Elliot and Naomi. Thank you once again for your commitment to the residence. For always being there a call away for myself and neighbors. Thank you for brining out smiles to our faces in the mornings or at night just by saying hello. Thank you to Carmen and security for your exceptional job. You guys...

Wonderful Community with Outstanding Management!

I’ve had the pleasure of living in this community, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need.

The apartment complex is not only safe and secure, but it also offers 5-star amenities. Everything is always neat and clean—even the garbage rooms are spotless! The sense of community here is fantastic, and I’ve made some wonderful friends with my neighbours.

What truly sets this place apart is the incredible support from the property managers, Ludi and Cristina. From the very beginning, they have been nothing short of amazing. Always responsive, friendly, and professional, Ludi and Cristina go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and make you feel like a valued tenant. They have been extremely flexible and supportive throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such dedicated management that truly cares about its residents. Thank you, Ludi and Cristina!
