Envy Nails Bar — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

First off let me start by saying how disappointed I am to be having to right this bad review, but I been going to envy nails for a few years now and I never had a bad expirence till today. I usually go to hannah but she was on vacation so she told me to see her husband Dennis while she was away , I scheduled an appointment a week or two back and spoke to Dennis on the phone when I came in today for my appointment which I was on time for I sat for 30 minutes because he wasn’t even half way done with the female he was already working on, after 30 minutes another female walks in and he looks at me and says what’s your name , I tell him, and he goes I don’t have your name on my schedule I said I spoke to you directly I’m your wife’s client and he says no I don’t have you on my schedule idk who you talked to on the phone and I said I spoke to you, he goes well I don’t have you on my schedule and sat down and continued working on his client basically saying “F You, I’m not seeing you” I can’t belive how rude he was to me as if I haven’t been coming to them for years and treated them with so much respect. I’ve seen them treats others in a rude way but I never expected them to treat me the same. I will NOT be returning! Poor...

I've been coming to envy nails since 2008. I was so sad Dennis sold the place but I figured the people who bought it would still be able to do what I always had. The girl didn't do what I asked for and I went super super simple with no design, just the colored acrylic. Didn't do the colors I asked for. She kept saying my English isn't good. Then when I am done my nails are all crooked and not the same length. Also frustrating that 3 times i went since Dennis sold it (first 2 times he was still there) the credit card machine is always down and have to use the ATM to take cash out. I am so not happy with how my nails are done and now sadly after 15 years need to find a new nail salon. I need to quickly to fix the crooked nails I have and to get the design I actually wanted.

Ps: the girl doing my nails kept sending people away so a lot of business lost. Maybe need more than 2 people on a Sunday when main Street has a lot of foot traffic. In hind sight the customers are lucky they didn't pay for jacked up nails. So...

I’ve been getting my nails done at envy nails for a very long time. I can’t even tell you how amazing John is. I wouldn’t let anyone touch my nails aside from him . That’s why I’m so sad that I had to come to the decision to leave. With the new owners, came great changes . I totally understand that. Change is great as long as fairness is still involved . I get the same thing every time the regular pink and white set. Not only did the price increase by $15. But as I went to pay, John told me one thing, and one of the owners quickly said another . Not to mention my sister asked for a regular pedicure. When offered the gel, she kindly said no thank you. Yet somehow they found a way to break all of the simple things in the regular pedicure into separate charges . In the end, she paid more than she would’ve for the gel! For example did you know dead skin and a little lotion are separate. Overall, I’ve had many great years at envy nails. But this is...
