iFixandRepair - Woodbridge Township Walmart — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

I brought a completely shattered front and back (and bent) iphone xs max there and asked them to fix the screen. I had a lot of accounts and data locked behind my google authenticator and was extremely worried it was lost forever since I never backed it up. The guy there named Hans took one look at it and told me within a minute "this will be easy, give us 20 minutes".. sure enough, about 20-30 minutes later I went back and they were finished. The screen works perfectly and I was safely able to get out all of the data I needed. Aside from that, NOT ONLY did they fix the screen, they fixed my charging port too which had been broken for almost 2 years now (I didn't even ask them to fix it).. for FREE... These guys seem like they really do the job for the love of it, and I highly recommend them to anybody needing some work done.

I had went to 'Ibreakufix' in Piscataway yesterday... and they kept my phone from 1pm yesterday to 1pm today only to tell me that the phone wasn't fixable- meanwhile... these guys fixed it in 20 minutes for less than half the price and went above and beyond- you guys really saved me so much time, money, and irreplaceable data I really can't thank you enough. Thanks...

I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend . I walked in with a shattered screen, informed the associate on how it happened and he assured me that he would fix it. Four days later I started experiencing issues with my screen and after 8 days I called and physically brought the phone in for the unprofessional manager to evaluate. Immediately he accused me of further damaging the phone (within those 8 days) and said that he could send it off to the lab for only $80. Only $80 ?????? I just spent $235 a week ago, for it not to be fixed the first time . I asked him for my phone back however he returned it totally disabled. I wasn’t able to turn the phone on at all. Keep in mind, I walked into the store with a phone that worked 50%. Words can’t express how pissed I am to have literally wasted $235. And then express my concern to the manager for him to accuse and feel at me. This isn’t over, I will be taking further action with the better BBB and my financial institution.

I’ve been to a lot of phone repair places all over the map and I’ve done my own screen replacement in the past....I have to say this is one of the best screen/phone repair places I’ve ever gone to. They initially replaced the screen and home button on my iPhone 7 a month and a half ago at a really good price and on the spot...they started working on it asap (I ran it over...there were literally tread marks on the phone). After these guys fixed it, it worked great then it started glitching so I took it in and the guy put a new screen and screen protector on it free of charge no questions asked. Only thing I would recommend is to call them and make sure they are open before you head down to Walmart because they are often closed during what their hours of operation are posted as. That’s not a complaint, just a tip. Normally that would be a complaint but their service and prices...
