K&G Fashion Superstore — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

Been shopping with K&G for the past few years. They have a great selection in mens suits and accessories. Pretty much clean and organized from sizes to different categories, from formal to casual wear. However, customer service on the sales floor could use some tweaking. Upon entry, no greeting whatsoever. No worries, I'm sure they were with customers but from upon browsing no one came in to check on me.

However, the biggest issue I experience was with the tailor. Normally I would walk out with a suit and have a tailor to work on the alterations. Today, I purchased a blazer and pants which is a matching set and the tailor marked each section that needed to be altered. When the tailor handed me the card for which alterations needed to be done. He was charging $108. Are you kidding me? $108 for just simple alterations on pants and blazer? Mind you I've been shopping for years and I've never had to pay more than $50 for alterations.

Do yourself a favor and skip the tailor $108 for pants and blazer is...

The person from international Tailoring, I believe they do the Tailoring at K & G was very rude not polite at all, annoyed that I was asking questions I will never return to this store again. I told the man that I wasn't happy what the last time they did my Tailoring he got very nasty and all I wanted him to do was reinforced to hemming of the pants, because it came loose somehow on the last suit they did and I had to ask my mother to fix it after wearing the suit one time. I wear slacks and a dress shirt everyday to work and 4 times a month a suits, this store will never see my business again. The people in the store K&G side where someone nice the man that helped me pick out the suit the last time and the man that helped me pick out the slacks and sure was very nice but if you need any type of Tailoring do not go there I know it's convenient but subpar work for high prices, not worth the money at all and the Taylors act like they're doing you a favor by doing their job...

Very large selection for men. The womens selection is small compared to the K& G in Philly on Roosevelt Blvd. Very happy with the prices that I've been able to find work clothes. The store was very tidy and on point with being organized. Absolute big thumbs up to the staff on Saturday (today) who are very helpful, nice, pleasant, courteous, and really care about having the correct hangers for the suits, clothes do not stay on the floor, items are color coordinated, size coordinates, and shoe department is stocked well. Size 11 will be hard to find here for there are very few (I found 5 and that was it) but size 10 and under you're in luck! Lines were short and quick. I would be happy to come back here for my work clothes needs. It's one of the few places that has nice styles for plus size women 14-22...
