I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. We started working with this place early this year to create a custom engagement ring, they told us they will make us whatever ring we want using the budget we set. We showed them a bunch of pictures and they said they would make it. We picked the diamond, and next step was we show them the ring we want and they'll make the ring and show it to us, once we say OK, they will mount the ring. Anita mounted it without showing us the ring and in result, gave us the UGLIEST ring I've ever seen. When my partner tried to express to Anita that this is not what we asked for, Anita told him he was wrong. The mounting was so sloppy and I've genuinely never seen mounting like this and I showed it to numerous people who said they've never seen mounting like that. It ruined our proposal. We went back to fix it and told them we need it back in 2 weeks, they said no problem and said it will take a week. Fast forward, it's been 2 weeks and they said it won't be done for another week. We ended up getting our money back and going to another place. It's truly such a shame to trust a place for such a special moment in your life and they just absolutely ruin it. We tried to stay patient but I think they take advantages of customers. FYI, all the positive reviews are probably written because they badger you to write a good review when you're at the store. The one assistant with glasses kept asking us to write a Google review. Truly such poor, terrible service. I would take your business elsewhere and not trust these people.

Update: Owner called and said he will give us the ring in 2 days. You want to give us a ring in 2 days after I left a bad review? Shows this...

If you want a pleasant experience buying jewelry, I highly recommend you run FAR FAR FAR away from this place, specifically Anita. She ruined our engagement ring and produced a very ugly, sloppy ring. She is demeaning, rushed us, skipped steps and ruined our experience. Don’t give your business here. We trusted them for such a big and important purchase of our lives, were patient with them making a sloppy ring and delaying the ring. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Also, this store and business is pathetic. We left HONEST reviews describing our terrible experience with Anita, the owner, and ironically there are multiple positive reviews about Anita today. Anita is busy asking her friends and family to leave positives reviews than giving proper service to customers.

Response to owner: We are also confused on why after posting 2 honest reviews of our experience you decide to post two five star reviews saying the exact opposite of our concern within a few minutes, you do not care about customer experience at all only your rating here, if the experience was important you would not have contacted us to fix it after we posted the review but would have done it before, in my opinion the refund is nothing because you never delivered the product we wanted after multiple calls, visits and voicing...
