The Pool Place — Attraction in Woodbridge Township

I have worked for Jeff at the Pool Place for the past four summers and I could not recommend him enough. Not only does Jeff sell quality products at great prices, but he truly puts the customer first. Customer service was a big emphasis when I worked here, and I saw firsthand how Jeff worked hard to ensure he was honest and as helpful as possible to his customers, never taking advantage and always being 100% transparent in every sale. He's also incredibly personable and would frequently surprise me by remembering details about his clients, such as the size of their pool he sold them years ago. In addition to his great character, Jeff is also incredibly knowledgeable about pools. Having over 25 years in above ground pool experience, he is fantastic at problem solving and giving helpful advice for any pool-related issues. I wish I could give The Pool Place 10 stars! Can we talk about how personable Jeff, the owner really is. He didn't just sell me a pool and pitch me over to the installer. Jeff walked me through the entire process, giving me options based on what I wanted and the space I had to work with. He helped me with permits,fencing, and electrical and made sure everything was done to code and passed the inspection. As a first-time pool owner, this means a lot, and I had/have ALOT of questions. I've never contacted Jeff and felt like he was brushing me off or I was a bother to him. I opted for a 12x21 semi above ground pool and had it installed in early October, so it would be ready for the summer. Lubo, the pool installer, is amazing! He's been doing this for years and literally comes in and gets the job done quickly and with the utmost respect to your property and neighbors. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience, and I am SO HAPPY with how everything turned out. Thank you, Jeff and Lubo, for helping me make this possible...

My father and I have known Jeff for years and his commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction has surpassed any other pool place we have been to. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and listens well to every concern. When we recently brought in our diatomaceous earth pump to explain some of the leaks we were having, Jeff took a closer look at the rubber lining of the gasket and explained that there were actually no visible tears or holes. He even came outside to the parking lot to additionally examine all the connections and even used his tools to disassemble, clean, reconnect, and apply new thread seal tape; fixing other leaks that we told him about. His explanations on how to properly set the gasket when we reopen the pool were very insightful and saved us from needlessly spending any money on replacement parts.
