Ford Motor Company — Attraction in Woodhaven

Okay this is my story with this company. This place is usually crowded with trucks but this time I arrive at 7:33 p.m. and there are nobody in the the receiving Booth near by the dock number 6. I wait patiently for about 30 minutes and no one comes. Then I call at loud someone at distance and ask him to call the one who supposed to be in the receiving office. And right at that moment he appears and says :oh man now you're going to sit and wait for a long time. He's got angry. He wasn't at his place on duty. There are no other trucks but just mine and I wait for another 15 minutes and then the black calls me again and says: next time if you do it again you will sit here for hours. And then( at ~8:30pm) he shuts the window and puts the sign: be back at 9:30 p.m. At 9:10 p.m. other trucks come over and he lets them go in front of me and takes care of them and gives them the docks. After while he finally calls me probably because of his ego has got satisfied and gives me the door but I guess he didn't let anybody know that I'm there. I leave that plant at 9:50...

First time delivering here, my expirence wasn't bad at all, contrary to these other reviews. Maybe it's because I only had to deal with a lift operator to unload some racks.
