WarningâŚ. This is a long one. Iâm not one to write a review infact Iâve never write one before but Iâm disgusted with how she acted. If I could give this waiter a 0 stars I would.
Me and my boyfriend went there today for an early dinner and we had the rudest waiter, her Name is Monica she had the worst attitude for absolutely no reason. We sit down and it takes her like 5 to get to our table and order drinks which is no problem it gives us time to look and decide what we want. She comes back we tell her what we would like to drink and she goes to get them. She comes back asks if weâre easy to order and we ask for a couple more minutes⌠5 ish minutes later she comes back and asks if weâre ready and we Say yes⌠I order the Appetizer Sampler. I ask her what comes on the nachos and she says âwell itâs the same as that one itâs right there If you read itâ I bite my tongue and I just say okâŚ. Flash forward to when someone delivers our food.. she stops by and asks âdoes everything look rightâ we say yes and she just walks away.. she didnât ask if we wanted refills or she didnât ask if we needed anything else.. she dosent stop back at our table for 20-25. more minutes well after weâre done eating just waiting on her. We wanted refills on drinks and other stuff but could never get her attention because she was nose deep into her phone with her headphone in drinking her pop. She walked past our table easily 15 times and never once came by. When She finally comes back and I have to ask for a box bc again she didnât offer anything. She brings box and the bill. We put our phone number on the receipt to use our reward for a free appetizer, she ignores the number and just runs our gift card we had, she came back and mentioned that there was a balance due so she slammed down a receipt and walked away. She went over to talk with her coworkers and was just standing over there talking to them and didnât come back to our table for 10 minutes .W hen she finally came back I told her that she didnât apply the phone number and our free appetizer didnât come off. She gets really snippy with me and grabs the receipt on our table and goes over to the one she threw away? (Iâm assuming she threw it away, she grabbed it from something and has to uncrinkle it) with our phone number on it. She finally takes the appetizer off And she comes back with a new receipt and then slams it on the table. She then proceeds to sit at the table next to ours with three of her other coworkers and just sit there talking. We then have our card out to pay the rest of our bill. She comes back 10 minutes later and Grabs it pays, and then brings back the copy that we need to sign. She set it on the table with a pen and walks away. She didnât say a word. No thanks for coming in, no have a good day. Absolutely nothing. We were absolutely blown away with how she was acting and I canât honestly believe that people would actually tip her for her absolutely horrible service. I will NEVER go back here. I will go out of my way and drive an extra 15 minutes to the...
Read moreI should have known better. I used to work at a few different BWW on the East Coast and I had a craving for wings tonight. I was hoping maybe it was a regional thing to have horrible restaurant practices in the area Iâm from so I decided to give this MI. BWW at try. WAS THAT A MISTAKE! Almost as bad as voting for Biden.đ Anyway this is what happened, I ordered via a delivery service. 15 traditional wings with 4 ranches and a side of Macân Cheese. So simple rightâŚ.. So the delivery was pretty quick. I got 15 traditional wings and a side of Macân Cheese. No napkins, no wipes, and no RANCH. Okay, Iâm a big boy I have my own napkins, a whole sink I can wash my hands in, no ranch but Iâll live. The wings were horrible, they were the chewiest borderline hard wings doused in a pool of medium buffalo sauce. And I mean pool of sauce, like fishing for wings in a Red Sea. And I know why the wings were so bad because I used to work there and I know theyâre common practices. The wings I got are called re-fries. You see what happens is if they make a mistake or a wing order gets canceled or say they had a party of wings that canceled or didnât show up for their order. They take those wings rinse the sauce off of them and stick them in the fridge and the next orders that go out those wings get used first. They take these already cooked rinsed wings, and throw them back in the deep fryer to heat them up, then they toss them in the sauce that you requested And literally douse them with that sauce in hopes that you wonât notice how horrible the refried wings are. This is a common practice at Buffalo wild wings. Theyâre also ranch NAZIâs. They are so stingy when it comes to ranch blue cheese, carrots, and celery. Itâs ridiculous. I literally had a manager tell me once that for pick up orders, even if they asked for it when they ordered, donât put any ranch or blue cheese in their bag unless they check the bag and ask for it when they pick it up. His reasoning was how many people are actually going to come back for a condiment. And if youâre using a food delivery service, you know theyâre not checking the bag right? So my suggestion to you is go anywhere else if you want wings! Hell, you can get better wings from Dominoâs pizza. And thatâs just sad. So Buffalo wild wings Iâm throwing up a hand sign just for you! Iâm sure you can...
Read moreWe hadnât been to BWWâs in ages and my daughter was craving wings. We are not AT ALL opposed to wearing masks and usually have a supply in our car, however this time we didnât have enough for the three of us and only realized that when we got there. Yes there are signs everywhere regarding needing masks but both of my kids work at a national chain restaurant right down the road and their restaurant has extra masks for customers who need them. We walked in and the hostess didnât say hi or welcome, it was an immediate rude and curt âyou need masks on to dine hereâ. I turned to leave but my daughter knew to ask if they had any extras and wow...she had a box of them AT THE PODIUM right where she was standing. She was ready to turn away three paying customers because she couldnât be bothered asking if we needed any. That was strike one. Strike two came when about 10 minutes after we were seated a couple comes in and one of them had no mask on at all, but he was allowed to walk from the entrance all the way up to the bar. Shouldnât the same rule apply to everyone?? Strike three was the service. The patrons up at the bar got the most attention and our server kept having long conversations with them. I saw one couple seated on the patio come in and ask when she was going to take their order. When we went to order our server talked over my daughter and missed part of her order. I had to go up to the bar and have her add the food to our ticket. Our food took forever and when we got it it was luke warm and the fries tasted old. We were never asked if we needed anything, refills, etc. This is not how you treat customers when youâre trying to get them in the door during an economic crisis. Awful. I refuse to go back to this Woodhaven BWWâs....
