Ute Pass Cultural Center — Attraction in Woodland Park

My husband and I were married at Ute Pass Cultural Center in October 2024, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met with Melody in summer 2023, she was a pillar of support. She was responsive, creative, and so easy to work with. She and Kristen went above and beyond to ease our stress and made the entire process enjoyable.

The venue itself had everything we were looking for: flexible package options (very DIY friendly), beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces (in case of bad weather), helpful vendor recommendations, and thoughtful extras like a make-shift bridal suite and men’s changing area. We especially loved being able to personalize the arch that was provided by the venue (we chose the circle), and we paid to have the black curtains hung in the outdoor space to block all street views. Even details like outdoor chair rentals were seamlessly handled through their trusted vendors. On top of all that, UPCC is surrounded by stunning mountain views and scenic spots that made our wedding photos extra special (proof below 😍). We even took a short stroll down the street for some candid city shots and couldn’t resist photos by the Dinosaur Resource Center 🦖

Thank you for being incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire planning process and on the day of the event. We had a wonderful experience with Melody and Kristen and all of the event staff at UPCC for our wedding celebration! The pricing is very reasonable, the venue is beautiful, and Melody was so responsive and helpful with creating our day to be just the way we wanted it. Hopefully in years to come, they will be able to add a more full kitchen set up to make it a little easier on the catering staff.
