Food is ok, not terrific. I had a French Dip. The flavored was there, however the size was pretty small. My son got a meatball sub and it was pretty clear they were frozen meatballs. Again the size for the price was quite small. He said the taste was "just ok". My wife got a caprese sandwich with the added chicken option and she thought it was very good, and enough to fill her up. We bought several drinks, the Jalapeno Margarita was really good. The local beers were good. We had one Moscow mule that didn't seem to have any vodka. We passed that around the table and each thought the same thing. Stirred, tried again. There was no discernable amount of vodka. We mentioned this to the server, thinking they'd just remake it. I happened to be headed to the restroom to see the back end of the server-to-bartender conversation. The bartender was exasperated and rude. Stating "well it does" (have the vodka) "2 ounces just like all the drinks!" Waiving her hands above her head. I thought this was just odd. Why not just put a splash on top, or remake the drink? It's not money out of the bartenders pocket. It's not significant to the establishment. Isn't the customer always right? Is the bartender so strong willed she believes she is incapable of skipping a step and making a mistake on a drink? Perhapse she missed the vodka, but she's too stubborn to own it. Again if there is any possibility just remake it. We said no more and drank the drink as is, finished our time there, paid and left. You might think they would say, hey, we comped that Moscow mule. But no,...
Read moreThis was my first time at 110 Reserve in Woodland Park, Colorado. It's a great outdoor, indoor space to come hang out and enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family. It's beautifully landscape and has plenty and a variety of seating arrangements. The drink prices were reasonably-priced. They have a great selection of wine, beer and cocktails. The food was tasty. Very flavorful. I paid $6 for 16oz of beer and $18 for the bourbon bacon cheeseburger and a bag of zippos potato chips. I thought $18 was quite high for this dinner item. Most entrees were priced $15-$20 and didn't come with much. I don't recall if the beef was grass fed. The burger was about medium in size with no extra toppings like lettuce, tomatoes or onions, or pickles. It came medium well.. I recommend medium, as it was a bit overcooked and dry. I'm willing to come back, though this food experience was a little so so. They have a variety of other food selections I'd like to try. The service was excellent. Our wait staff took great care of us and kept checking on us throughout the evening. I highly recommend 110 Reserve a local joint. Come...
Read moreWe stumbled upon this gem a couple of weeks ago when we stopped for the night on the way back from a family rafting trip. After walking up and down the main street in Woodland Park trying to decide where to eat, our decision was made for us when we heard live music and laughter from the patio. My hubby, 2 daughters (10 & 12 yo) were delighted to discover the live music was karaoke (though none of us planned to participate, our intent was only to spectate and eat!). The service was not only fantastic, but our server was very conversational and funny! The food was just as impressive (a simple menu and all of it tasty). As the sun went down and the breeze picked up, the owner came over to provide adorable buffalo check blankets to everyone in the restaurant, a very nice touch. By the end of the experience we felt like old friends with the owner and everyone in our crew had taken a turn with the mic, which is out of character for a couple of us. Looking forward to our next road trip as we will certainly make a stop at our new favorite beer garden in...
