Not too sure if it's open any longer But if they are, they've always had a very unique assortment of precious handmade jewelry for the cow-ladies and girls, a huge selection of blue-jean wears and honky tonk boots, hats and spurs. Really stylish and IN Ranchers attire, helpful staff, a small but great collection of antiques, interesting custom-made items, name-brand purses and accessories. You can set up your entire country girl or city cowboy wardrobe there. I once bought a beautiful forest green sweater dress at this Cowhand botique. It was priced on the higher end But it included a uniquely fashioned necklace that matched the dress and a color coordinated scarf that accented it all. No one else in town had one like it. My experience at this store was awful. I was showing my parents around because they were visiting, and they picked up a cowboy hat that they were going to buy for my brother and as my brother was trying it on he made a joke and we were laughing and one of the employees came up and ripped the hat out of my brothers hand and said that it was a 200$ hat and we couldn't play with it. She was very rude and judgmental like we couldn't afford it. My parents were so offended they left with out buying it. I am very disappointed that someone would judge people by how they look, they must not care about making a sale. I would not shop...

I had been looking for the perfect Western hat. The big, corporate stores just didn't have anything I liked. A friend recommended The Cowhand. I couldn't believe the selection of hats and all things Western. The gentleman working that morning not only helped me find the size I needed, but educated me on the various materials and styles of hats. No sales pressure, just good old fashioned help.
