CubeSmart Self Storage — Attraction in Woonsocket

We recently rented a unit for my mother-in-law to keep her extra stuff when she moved in with us. There are climate controlled and regular units. We opted for regular, since all her pictures, candles, etc. came with her to the house. We are very comfortable with her going there any time she wants to putter around with her things. There is a gate code specific to each unit to gain access to the yard, not just a general code, so we feel she is safe if she goes there alone. It is very well lighted after dark. The people who run the place really seem to care about their customers and the upkeep of their property. We also had family members who rented a climate controlled unit for a few months between houses and were pleased with it. We all would definitely recommend...

I decided to give cubesmart a shot after uhaul didn't have a unit large enough. I was able to reserve my unit online and shortly after received a phone call from Patricia, the gm at this facility. Patricia confirmed my info and the size unit I opted for and told me to stop by anytime during business hours. Upon arrival (30 min before closing- sorry!) I was greeted by Kimberly who assisted in getting all final paperwork and lease agreements done. Kimberly also showed me the unit before signing anything to confirm the size was good for my needs. Despite showing up right before closing, i never felt rushed nor sensed any annoyance from either employee. Both lovely ladies were knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions I had.

Worst experience ever!!!! High prices that consistently go up every 6 months even after you've been a loyal customer for 4 years. Also worst customer service. Only 1 person working and half the time is not in the office. Every time I went to pay the my bill I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for someone to unlock the door or keep driving back home and coming back later. I feel I should be compensated for all my time amd gas I used to drive back and forth 3 times a month but that will never happen because the owners are a bunch of low life millionaires that only care about themselves amd not their customers. Stay away from this place!!!! If I don't receive a check for $730 for all my time and gas I will be taking other "actions"...
