Extremely disappointed with today’s visit I’ve been going here fairly consistently for the past 2 to 3 months. Never had an issue up until today. Upon picking up my order as I was walking back to my car I realized The worker handling my transaction gave me the wrong change and shorted me about 5 to 6 dollars. I proceeded to go back into the store to have this issue resolved. I expressed to the worker that he had given me the wrong change and did the math for him yet he was still adamant that he gave me the correct change. which is neither here nor there, I got the issue resolved. I was in fact shorted 5-6$. The worker was so flustered he had to call another worker to come assist because he could not control his emotions and handle himself and the situation in a professional manner. I went in respectfully, never yelled once at the worker, despite him trying to claim that I yelled at him. His coworker, who was then assisting me with the matter, apologized for his coworkers behavior. As far as I’m concerned, he’s lucky I didn’t go in there yelling because when a customers money is shorted that’s an issue people don’t take very lightly and despite that I went in there calmly to just get it fixed and was met with pushback, disrespect and unprofessionalism. As someone who has worked as a human resource coordinator for the Worcester branch of a security company as well, as working myself in the security industry for many years at a variety of locations from corporate headquarters to parking garages I like to think I’m well aware of what’s appropriate workplace behavior and what is not and that employees behavior was absolutely inappropriate. Definitely not the way you handle a customer, especially after you give them the wrong change. I guess what it boiled down to is their system reflecting a different price than what my receipt stated and he tendered my change Based off of what he was seeing on their system. Not what was on my physical receipt. So I was right, but technically he was also right so it was just a misunderstanding. Regardless, how he handled himself was ignorant to say the least. Very weak minded and soft skinned individual. Couldn’t handle being corrected or addressed directly. Definitely a poor representative for the company as well as a liability based of his conduct and the statements he made. Not only did I leave with a bad taste in my mouth, but so did the customer he was dealing with After me who left at the same time I was leaving. Me from Philly, specifically DELCO, (gotta give thiz great area props), wuz visiting family friendz n wanted to CK out thiz dispensary fer location n their website...which is easy to navigate. From the minute I entered the staff wuz warm n inviting. After sum clarifications n reference to Scottie who wuz just walking in.m, friend n me entered. Took a quick look n explained to Scottie needz, I followed his lead n took all recommendations. Friend AZ well. Even though a faux pas wuz made, staff wuz kind still which sparked sum conversations about life shit n the Birds!! After discussing numerous dispensary experiences n disappointments SCOTTIE extended hiz expertise n recommendations after me returns home, hiz werds " Call n e time I'm here to help" or sum version of that. Customer service ABOVE N BEYOND SCOPE of hiz job description. A rarity theze dayz!!!

Worked with them to put together a decent block party showcase, been their number one customer since day 0. Was working on a partnership as I was a frequent shopper and always had a great attitude, only to be cut away from the store AFTER a purchase and AFTER the Block Party?
No reason provided and security stated “they hadn’t seen anything”.
Watch where you spend your money; don’t be too friendly too often.
SMH with the lack of follow up (over a few weeks now) and professional approach considering the relationship we had.

I will stick with what I said and say I didn’t do anything maliciously as a repeat and frequent customer, who did nothing but try to be friendly and open.
I don’t care what people think of me but I’m sick of kindness being used as some excuse to shut people down.
There’s 3 sides to every story: his, hers and the truth.
Would love to see it be equal, but whatever.
Don’t be fake and two faced and things won’t go the way they did.
If someone doesn’t know what they’re doing is wrong or whatever, you really think not breaking down an answer is a better tactic in this day and age?
Just because someone’s friendly it doesn’t mean anything malicious. Again, no proof and no call says a lot but a “reply to save the rep”...
