Harvest Moon 2 — Restaurant in Worcester

I’ve gone here as I love Chinese food. And it’s around the corner from my work. The food itself is average at best. But the lady who works the front taking your orders is extremely rude and seems to be bothered that you’re there ordering their food. I ordered Peking raviolis which comes with ginger sauce when she handed me the ginger sauce it was in a plastic container but wasn’t even filled a quarter way up so I’m thinking well I have 7-8 raviolis and that is about enough to flavor 2-3 at best so I asked could I pls get another ginger sauce to which I got in response that will be 1$ the money isn’t the issue but it’s how she said it and maybe if the ginger sauce was filled in the container like the duck sauce and the other sauces they have I wouldn’t need to ask for another one so anyway this all led up to her saying u complain all the time about this. Well quite honestly it was the first time I ever complained about anything there and what ever happened to customer is always right lol. Well I just said politely well you won’t have to worry about me complaining anymore as I won’t be back. There’s to many Chinese restaurants around the area that are much better in quality food and much much better with service treating their patrons nice...

I love Harvest Moon and the food that they make. Runned by a very nice family and very nice to all the customers. The only thing that I don't get and one thing I don't like is where you order a certain thing that comes with it but say you don't want the chicken teriyaki and you want beef teriyaki it cost $1.00 more for substitution when your like basically doing the same thing that is what I don't get from Harvest Moon but the other food is great just I would prefer for them to put more rice into the plate or make bigger plates. I rate Harvest Moon 5 stars and love there Chicken Teriyaki because its very well done and also love their chicken wings very nice and crispy if you are hungry and want food from outside I would recommend Harvest Moon on W.Boylston St Worcester MA there is no better place then...

I've been coming here for 20+ years , wonderful family... Always the best customer service.. Cindy and her sons along with her husband are amazing!! But lately they have not been in leaving others to tend and the women that is in there now is Rude!! I could not understand her and when I asked her twice what did she say? She was like omg! When I went in to get my food and tell her that she was so rude, she was like I'm not making it! With some choice words I left ! If these are the kind of people are running it now .I will take my money elsewhere ashame..Don't ask to many questions or your food will be denied..Bring back the Family.. or she should take a class in English & customer service. Think twice before...
