Been supporting bonchon at various location from all over the states and this bonchon is the most embarrassing location of them all it gives you more of a fast food feeling rather then a sit in restaurant feeling!!!(if you been to all other bonchon locations you’ll understand what I’m talking about)No online ordering when you get there you’re waiting 45+ minutes before ordering then waiting another 45+ minutes for the food!!!! Within the total wait time I could have just went to bonchon in Lowell and back in less time then that !!! Waited 1hr &1/2 plus just so the manager can tell me that they didn’t have my fried rice made when that’s the easiest freaking thing to make, manager also said it would of been on the house if I waited which I said I would have waited and then he goes and refund me the money for the fried rice and rushes me out the place like dude I understand it’s grand opening but this guy did not compensate or nothing and I’m sure he gave my fried rice to someone else that ordered after me!!!! Extremely disappointing experience, I would not recommend. I was really looking forward to trying this new branch as it finally opened to Worcester, but the experience was honestly terrible from start to finish. It took over 40 minutes just for someone to take my order, and when they finally did, I was told it would be another 30+ minutes before the food was ready. No heads up about the wait or communication from staff.

While waiting, I talked to a few other customers & some said they had already been waiting an hour to an hour and a half just for fried chicken. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for a place that just opened and should be trying to make a good impression. Poor service, lack of organization, and unreasonable wait times really ruined the whole experience. I ended up leaving hungry and frustrated.
