Firehouse Tattoos — Attraction in Worth Township

Very bad called on Friday to see if can make an appointment for Monday (4 days later) I was told it was by appointment only ok that is why I’m calling to be told I’ll take your name and number and someone will call you back still waiting for that call. I called back to be told a different story you have to come in to make appointment and leave a deposit and the person that was coming with me to get one to was told there at the tattoo convention so 3 different stories. Well just lost 3 customers I had 4 more that I want and someone else that I was going to bring for 2 more and another that wants a half sleeve well not going to happen. Very very very disappointing.. and I have gotten 2 from there already...

I absolutely love coming here! It's a nice, clean, welcoming environment & everyone there is super professional/friendly. Alot of my friends have had their tattoos done by Chuck & they all love his work! The artists that have tattooed me have all gone above & beyond with their work as well! Kevin did an amazing piece on my neck, Joseph did an INCREDIBLE cover up on my back & Mike gave me a wicked tattoo on my ankle. I've noticed how much time & focus everyone really puts into the detail of their work & that's something I truly appreciate, being the perfectionist that I am. It's obvious that I'm a returning customer here and will continue to be for any future work I want done. 10/10 highly recommend...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place was completely unprofessional. The sign on the door said "Walk ins available" but the front desk lady said the artists need 2 weeks to prepare for a small tattoo with a cross and angel wings. I even brought in a copy of the specific drawing of the tattoo and the lady quoted me $600 without asking where I wanted the tattoo and the size. The lady was real rude and stated that no one would do my tattoo the week that I wanted but she was wrong. I got my tattoo at "To the Point Tattoo" on Cicero in Crestwood that same day.
