This place is a joke. The amount you pay for a party room with stained floors is already a lot, then on top of that an additional $50 surcharge if you want to bring in your own pizza vs having their super greasy and slightly burnt ones is just absurd. And the idea that a dinky blue rope is going to keep a bunch of little children in their tiny section and the big ones out is madness. Older, much larger kids still go in, leap in from the outside even and throw foam at the little ones knocking them down and no employee or parents are to be found anywhere to manage this. We went for a birthday party and the ages were 3-4 yrs which they were told was the best time for the little kid birthdays. There were no staff present to help keep order on the bounce floor other then one girl who’s yoga pants were so tight you could tell she wasn’t wearing underwear and they were partially see through. The parents that are supposed to be watching their kids are either sitting in massage chairs that are constantly going off with this awful alarm or are unable to get to their kids in the middle of the bounce room unless they pay for admission and socks too. The girl at the front desk was super rude as it was our first time and didn’t know about some waiver we had to sign (that no one else in the party group had to fill out mind you) Then we had to stand in line again and wait for another 10 mins since only one girl was checking in anyone while the other had been with the same group since we’d gotten back in line and was giggling talking about some boat trip once we got into ear shot. Once up there she started asking my child who wasn’t even paying attention a bunch of questions instead of me and I responded anyways while she continued asking my daughter. Honestly, for a first visit, how awful this one went we won’t be returning. The people who had the party there even said it was a waste and wouldn’t be holding a party...

Update. I have been back to visit and the new staff or front desk person was really nice. I still won't have a party here, but I don't mind bringing the kids to jump it out and get the zoomies out.

Had a birthday party was great up until the end... I was cutting the cake and passing out icecream while one of the workers comes to tell me I had a balance of 10.00 or something like that, and needed to be taken care of before we left, which is fine I knew to check out before we left to pay any additional owed. This worker proceeded to stand there and tell me I could take care of this at the counter while I had cake in my hand, and I said ok I'll check out after we are done."" She then stands there and says well you can just take care of it now. " Again, I literally have cake and ice cream in my hand because we are doing the cake and ice cream. I said well after I'm done with this and I point my eyes to what I have in my hand because they are full, she says ok and proceeds to stand in the corner by the table that we are cutting the cake and icecream. Mind you I paid for this party in full the day I booked it over the phone so the fact I'm was treated like I was going to skip out on a balance of 10.00 or less was offensive and I didn't appreciate the attitude of the worker. I think they need a little more training on how to be Courteous to customers because without customers, you wouldn't have a paycheck! Now that being said, this will be the last birthday party...

I went to this Bussiness as I have gone manytimes with my kids. I was greeted by a young lady she first said all my disclosures needs to be signed I said ok and got them done . Than she said in order to jump you are required to buy socks for all the people jumping. I had been offered these before but never forced to buy something im currently wearing just because you want to make a sell. I told the representative no and she told me if I didn't buy them I would have to leave .know it is not the money that frustrateded me it's the fact that I felt this company is trying to rip us of. Now generally I take my friends and family in total 10 to 15 people a visit. This Bussiness will know lose hundreds of dollars in revenue do to bad customer service. I called and asked for the manager they told me she wasn't available and was sent to there voice mail . I left voice mail just asking to get a call back and explained the situation no call back was given to me. This is bad management and probably why this Bussiness will fail in...
