Taco Bell — Restaurant in Yakima

Young Hispanic girl snapped at me.

I went through the drive-thru for my lunch hour the other day and ordered my food. I wanted to modify my order just a tad bit, but nothing out of the ordinary. When I asked, the young hispanic girl snapped and yelled at me saying “WE CAN’T DO THAT.” I felt this was super rude, but I just let it be. I don’t know why she treated me like this. I was nice to her, plus I was in a good mood that day, so why me? Then when I pulled up to the window to receive my food, she took my payment then THREW my bag of food at me in my car. I really wanted to go round and park and go inside the restaurant to speak with her and the manager on duty, but I was pressed for time, so I decided to share my feedback here. I come to this location regularly and her behavior was uncalled for. I wish I had got her name, but I was so done with her attitude. I enjoy going to Taco Bell at lunch time, and I will continue to come through the drive-thru, but I can’t promise that I will be patient when this girl is rude to me for reasons that I have no idea of why she is...

I usually love this place. Well, Taco Bell 🌮🔔in general however... this happened.

LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM:

I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru at 7:AM, Monday 7/18/2022 and waited for someone to acknowledge me. No one did so I went to the window where i saw 2 gals prepping. Neither of them looked at me so I drove around to park near the entrance and looked up their hours to make sure I wasn't too early.

While I was parked, I went ahead and ordered from the lot through their app. I was then directed to pull up to the speaker to give them my name and my order would soon be ready. I pulled up to the speaker AGAIN and waited for a welcome. Still no communication so again I drove to the window. I waited and watched. Finally at 7:23, one of the young ladies opens the window and says, "We're not open yet." I asked, "When do you open?" She said, "In a little bit." I pointed at my phone and said, "It says you open at 7." She nodded and said, "I know it says we open at 7. We're just running a little late. Sorry." So I canceled my order and went to BK...

I stopped by this Taco Bell for breakfast as it is on my way to work. The app, the website, the decal on the doors and windows say they open at 7am. I ordered on the app and pulled up behind another car in the drive-thru. The car in front of me sat at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes without being acknowledged. You could see people inside preparing food. The car pulled up to the window to try to be noticed. They waited at least another 5 minutes before driving away. I was not acknowledged at the speaker nor the window, either. At least 3 different people walked past the window without acknowledging me. This place is newly remodeled. If you don't open at 7am your new window decals should not indicate this as the opening time. You should also update the app and your website. If you do indeed open at 7am, then you need to replace your morning staff. You lost at least 2 customers...
