Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Yakima

They only would give us one sauce for our fries and larger cheese curds not one each, but one total. Then I had to buy more at 50 cents a piece. It is ridiculous how they are and I will no longer be going back to this dairy queen. I'll go to artic circle for their cheese curds, and milkshakes instead next time. I get better service and fry sauce with out the additional cost and attitude from the cashier. The pretzel stick were dried out and seemed like they were sitting there for a while. This dairy queen once had a great reputation and high standards now not so much I wonder if it switched owners. If it has no wonder the down grade in customer service and the down grade in some of the food quality the pretzels were edible but just didn't seen fresh like i have gotten them before blizzard and cheese curds were awesome so were the hamburger and fries. The chicken strips that were also ordered were great as well. I only had complaints on the workers and freshness the pretzels and only allowed 1 free sauce just 1 not one for each only 1 for my fries and cheese curds and the attitude I received for asking for more sauce was...

If I could give 0 stars I would I was so not happy with the experience from this Dairy Queen I will never be going to it again... I got super rude service at the window.. Their indoor lobby is not open they don't do the 3 piece chicken meal deal or even the 2 piece so I had to order a 6 piece my fries look like they've been sitting under a fry warmer for over an hour... I Ordered 2 drinks 2 blizzards in a Sunday... They don't even give me my drinks didn't realize it till I was down the road didn't want to turn back to have more rude service. Then they don't even tip my blizzards over Give me an open blizzard that's melting everywhere and then when I asked for a lid I got a snide look and they put a poplar on instead of a domeled and then it leaked all over in my car and I got another snide look when I asked for a cup so I didn't have to have ice cream all over my hands while I'm trying to drive but then they put a dome lid on my other blizzard... The chicken had definitely sat there for too long overall this on overall this was a horrible experience and I will never do this and I do not recommend anybody to go...

Have been to this location multiple times. All the trips I have made have been a disappointment. The staff is not trained nor do they care about the food or the customers. Have tried the drive through twice. Both times the sign has been on saying it's open, waited a couple mins to be told it's closed and to come inside. Have been inside and been told the kitchen is closed because they are to "busy" there was maybe 8 of us in the place and at least 5 employees that I could see. Another Vist was finally able to order food, only for them to mess it up. They added things to my wrap that never come on it. Went in and asked about it and no one in the place knew how to make it. They all looked lost with "deer in the headlight" reactions. Asked to speak to the manager and after the figured that out, manager comes out. Has no idea how it's made, didn't seem to care that the employee didn't know. And said that next time I should tell them how to make the food when I order it. This place is run by people that could care less about there job or the food that they turn out. Would save your money and go to the one...
