I bought a bin there yesterday and there were several appliances and when the hispanic man helped me unload it, I noticed a scratching sound on the bottom of my truck which wasn't the problem, i saw him shoving something off the edge, i had just loaded a bunch of charger cords and then i put some stuff in the front seat, can't turn your back for one minute, so i get home with unloading the truck and noticed all the cords are gone, a few of them went to the appliances i had, so now i can't resell them without the cords!, why can people just stop stealing from senior citizens and taking advantage of them, and no i know what i saw, and i looked everywhere and they're not here with me! Read moreGenerally, I love this store. Today I had a really negative customer service experience, and it will be a while before I come back. The cashier who made a mistake and charged my card twice gave no acknowledgment or apology and was rude throughout the transaction. She was distracted and made a mistake and that’s ok but both she and the girl who came up to the front were more interested in talking about break times than fixing the mistake and it took a long time for them to correct it and put the money back on my card. Neither apologized, both were rude. It costs nothing to be kind and I’d like to see your staff do better...
