R & R Indoor Gem Mine — Attraction in Yellowhill Community

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! My husband and I took our girls in @ 3 PM today to gem mine and the guy working was sitting behind the counter talking on his cell phone. He never once acknowledged us and continued talking on his phone.. His conversation he was having was not a very good one for him to be having around potential customers either. We stood at the register for a while and nothing so we left. He even made eye contact with us and ignored us! Not a good experience! Save yourself a trip there, unless you want to hear said employee having phone conversations about the Italian...

We stubbled across this gem when the reviews of the one's down the road weren't good, we got there at 4:09pm and they were closed even though Google said open till 6pm. The owner who has taken the store over 3 months ago said they don't why it says 6pm still but opened up for us anyways, my 3 year old son and 15 year old nephew had been wanting to do this the whole trip from home in Florida. Prices are phenomenal and my loves had the best time, owner was awesome and knowledgeable about all the stones,. This is a a must stop and do he has over 700 different...

When I walked into this shop there was a sluice running. I looked for prices of the buckets of dirt they sell and couldn’t find anything. I walked to the back of the shop where a man was talking on the phone. I looked straight at him and he looked back at me. I waited for a few minutes, but he never acknowledged me, just kept talking on the phone and looking straight at me. There are plenty of other places in the area offering gem mining. My advice is to go somewhere...
