Customer service and employee attentiveness is everything when it comes to a company's success. Unfortunately this place lacks that. I've visited dozens, if not hundreds of restaurants from fast food to upscale and fine-dining and I've never had an employee stare at me with no expression because I wanted something fixed on my sandwich. When she (cashier) finally came to and acknowledged me, she begrudgingly told the sandwich-maker the issue and all I could hear was a loud groan which he did not try to hide. I actually fear he may have spit in my food because of how dramatic he acted at the request of making another sandwich.

With that being said, we will NEVER come back here and we'd rather drive to the next town over for another sandwich place.

Corporate, if you're reading this: please address these employee issues because they are responsible for the sub-par sandwiches that are being produced and the lack of quality customer service I've been reading about in the other reviews as...

My first online order with Firehouse, and it was a disappointment. I placed the order and selected a time 30 minutes in the future to allow plenty of time. I arrived at the appointed time, and they hadn't even started making it. What's the point of ordering ahead?

I wait in the restaurant and finally get my order, drive the 20 minutes home and the order is wrong.

The "medium" meatball sub (GF Bread) was a tiny 5.5" on one side of bread in an open face style. How does one eat a meatball sub that's missing the top side of the bread? Additionally, it had 3 half meatballs (yes they were cut in half), totaling 1.5 meatballs. It was pitiful and looked like it was for a Child's meal.

Look at the pic.. That's a $12 sub!!!!! Ridiculous!

My brownie was missing altogether, and one sub was good.

This location falls into the "you better check your order thoroughly before...

I live firehouse subs, but I will never go to this one again. The manager is rude. Took my daughter her while visiting Cherokee today. I am not from Cherokee as a matter of fact I am not from NC. The manager looked at after I was in his business for over a hour waiting on my food, said lady put a mask on. I was not aware you had to have a mask on. I’m fully vaccinated. It could been said a little nicer Before being told to put a mask on his other shift manager walks around fixing food without a mask on. A guy was in there also fixing food, taking his mask down with the same gloves he was fixing food with. The best part he would take his cell phone out of his pants pocket text with his gloves then fix food. This manager that was harsh to me needs to harsh to his staff. I am a nurse I could never make my patients feel like he made me feel without...

Friendly, individual attention to our order, so it took a little longer than “fast food.” It was worth it. My salad was fresh and bigger than expected. It was also delicious. Husband got the Steamer, & it was steaming! Unfortunately the roll was not sufficiently steamed and was hard. He made his the combo for $2.99: chips and drink. The self serve Coke machine was easy to use for his Coke and my water. They also had three types of teas. We sat and ate our meal inside. There were plenty of clean tables from which to choose. It was nice and cold inside - hot outside! While eating, I noticed a sign on the window advertising gluten free rolls. Good to know! During Delta variant of CoVid, masks are required. They have reusable masks at the cashier’s station if you don’t have one. They also provide hand sanitizer.

Don't know what's going on with this place. Used to be good but lately having to wait 15 mins just to take our order with Noone in front of us. Then waited additional 20 mins for one small and med sandwiches. Prior visit the manager had to tell the employee to help us vs stocking chips when he came in. After we stood there already for 15 mins. Plus today the customers behind us let Kelly know there's no ice. Then suddenly she's slamming things obvious that she was annoyed. Then when we checked our sandwiches basically no meat on the small. Normally they give a good amount. Took too long and couldn't go back in to say something.🙄🙄🙄🙄
