Update……after going in and talking with the owner. It feels like the issue has been handled and all parties are happy once again! I tried to delete the original review, but google would not allow me to delete.
We ordered two pizzas and when we got home both were made incorrectly. We immediately called and and spoke with a male manager who said, he understood the problem and he gave us credit for two new pizzas since we were not able to make it back in the same night. When we went back in a female manager started to give us a hard time. She even had the receipt and was still trying to tell us we ordered it the way it came….no ma’am, we ordered double sausage and double pepperoni, extra crispy. What we got was a to go container with uncooked pepperoni. Who wants uncooked pepperoni on the side? Finally she made the pizzas for us. We also ordered a burger with mushrooms added to the burger. I came to find out from another worker that after ordering and paying for the burger, they were out of mushroom…..which again, I had already paid for. I got reimbursed the dollar, but had I not found out and left, I would have been out the dollar and had no mushrooms. After all was said and done, I tried speaking with the manager and explaining to her that giving us a hard time when we came in was not the best way to handle the situation. All we wanted is what we paid for and the way she handled it did not feel good or make us want to come back…..her response was that is fine. I said, are you saying you don’t mind losing customers? She said, yeah, that is fine! Well you just told me everything I needed to know about your business and how you run it!!! She has no idea how often we ate there! Maybe she will when we stop eating there. Total and complete disrespect...
Read moreMy husband and I had dinner here on our wedding anniversary trip. Granted, the place was packed when we arrived. We sat at one of the tables outside. My husband placed our order inside. We watched as customer after customer got their food. The customer my husband was behind in line got her food about an hour after we arrived there. So we thought our order would be coming up soon. The outside temperature had dropped dramatically and I was freezing. Then we notice people who came in after us were getting their food. My husband went back in to speak to the manager. The manager just kind of shrugged when my husband explained we had been waiting over an hour and customers who came in after us were getting served. My husband is one of the nicest and calmest people you'll ever meet.. He understood they were busy and thought maybe they had gotten the order tickets in the wrong order. The manager's uncaring attitude really stunned us. Had there been other restaurants still open at that time of night, we would have asked for our money back and left. Finally, we got our food about 1 hour and 45 minutes later. We were cold and tired and just took it back to our hotel room. The food was just okay. Read moreThe attention of the waiters and the general manager is super great, the food super good, the only irregularity I have is how is it possible that being a restaurant that until last year the Food came out super fast and now every time I go it doesn't seem like the food takes 25 or 30 minutes to come out. I ordered some fries a few days ago. I was alone at the time and I received my fries in 17 minutes when has that been seen before in this very special restaurant, that has never happened before. The cooks remain stuck in their cell phones in front of the window without caring if We customers see them or not. Also, a few days ago I ordered a spaghetti Alfredo and they told me they ran out of sauce and there are 20 minutes left until closing time so I won't add more sauce to make just one.
