Pulled into this cafe randomly as I spotted their sign saying churros, which was what I was craving at that moment, so it was obviously meant to be! We were visiting Cherokee and needed a snack before hiking and shopping, this location is perfect, right off the main road into town. The churros were SO good, perfectly sweet, crunchy, and reminded me of churros y chocolate from Spain. The hot chocolate was piping hot, and I loved dipping my churros into the hot beverage. My bestie got tea and a pastry that she thoroughly enjoyed! I don't think you will be disappointed if you stop in and support these wonderful locals while getting thoughtful service with their tasty treats! If you are looking for a coffee shop in Cherokee, NC this is THE One! Claudia and Valeria are two sisters that are running this café on their own and pour a cup filled with mucho amor! The moment you walk in you are greeted with beautiful art and designs reminiscent of a timeless connection ever present with the native culture. This is a fantastic coffee shop with an awesome atmosphere. The coffee selection would stand well on its own, but on top of that the churros make a great mid-morning treat. They're all made in-house and the selection is constantly being updated with fresh ideas and ingredients. To top it all off, everything is reasonably priced.
